  Wonderful stay! Everything was even better than exprected. When these three old fishermen returned to such a relaxing, comfortable environment, we were able to kick-back, grill a steak, and forget about "the big one that got away!" Thanks for all your help!

  I stayed in Jennifer's adorable cottage the weekend of my wedding, and I can't fully express how impressed I was with her place! The details in the set up, decor, and upkeep were unbelieveable! So clean and so comfortable! I honestly can't say enough about how perfect our stay was and how hospitable Jennifer was! We will definitely be back!!!

  This place is absolutely beautiful and unique! My girl friends and I had such an amazing weekend catching up and relaxing! You can tell the owner has put a lot of care and time in making such an amazing place! The views are breath-taking !

  My husband and I wanted to get away for a nice relaxing weekend! This home is beautiful and had every comfort that we could have ever wanted. The owner has done a beautiful job decorating the home and every time you turned a corner, there was something new and interesting to look at in the house, such attention to detail. Outside, the home is private and the lake view is peaceful. Jennifer, the owner, is FABULOUS! Our trip was in October, so the evenings were getting crisp and we couldn't manage to get the gas fireplace working. Jennifer came over and had it fixed in just a few minutes. We really enjoyed our weekend and plan to come back in the future.

  My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we could not have picked a more heavenly place. We searched for a lake house on several different lakes, but we found that this place was the nicest/newest/cleanest place for the price. It's very modern, yet homey. We felt right at home, and found that we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We literally only had to bring clothes and groceries, and we were set for the week. We are very much homebodies and usually after a vacation we are ready to get home, but by the end our stay we were not ready to leave and had to make ourselves pack up. Jennifer was enjoyable to work with and was always only a phone call away. We highly recommend this lake house, not only for the house and amenities, but also because Jennifer is a wonderful renter and takes pride of her lovely lake house. We will definitely be returning next year!

  We rented this lake home from 5/19/12 through 5/26/12. It featured everything stated in the description and more. It is spotless, well maintaned, beautifully landscaped, convenient for shopping or running to the store and offered ammenities for simple relaxation. At the end of our stay, our dog was inching into the water! The owner was wonderful and checked in to see if we were in need of anything. We will definately stay here in the future and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to fish, boat, enjoy the water or relax. The only thing that could have made this better would have been access to pontoon rental...otherwise, it was next to perfect.

  This home was a true home away from home. The owner had everything you could want. We spent a week and I can't think of a single item that we said it would be nice to have this. The views are fantastic, the dock is on deep water and easily accessible with a fishing boat, and we really enjoyed the 2 kayaks she made available. Most of both porches are under roof so I spent a lot of time relaxing with a magazine enjoying the lake without sunburn. We even enjoyed a storm from the porch. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and gorgeous and the hardscaping in the yard is beautiful and fun for my son to climb on. We will be back. If you want to relax but still have access to Birmingham this is the place to go!

  Beautiful house, breathtaking sunrises, and a fun time had by all. We normally visit family in Alabama twice a year and we will definitely like to stay here again.
