Enjoy the awesome view of the main channel from our waterfront condominium at Bay Point Village. This top-floor condominium has two Bedrooms and a loft. We are located at the 24 mile marker, one mile from feature-rich Tan Tara Resort.

The condominium has vaulted ceilings and is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. It has everything you need, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, as well as a gas grill to cook on while taking in the dramatic sunsets with your favorite beverage.

The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings its own private bath and the second bedroom has an adjoining bath with tub/shower combination. The loft has two twin beds, a bunkbed, along with a TV and VCR (great for kids). There is also pull out couch which can sleep two.

The feature laden Tan-Tara Resort is only one mile away by road or water. There is a large list of activities including a brand new indoor water park, horseback riding, restaurants, bowling alley, boat rental, etc. There are also several golf courses within one mile and some of the greatest restaurants and nightlife on the lake. You will also be within a few miles of 110 stores at the Osage Village Factory Outlet Mall.

After spending a relaxing day on the lake, shopping or doing other activities, spend your night relaxing on the open air deck overlooking the moonlit lake.

Bay Point Village is the perfect location for a summer family vacation! The complex grounds are spacious and very well kept. Enjoy the view from the spacious lakefront pool with adjoining children's pool or relax at the quieter second tier pool. Keep the kids entertained with the small playground and get some exercise playing tennis at the onsite courts.

Boat slip rentals and trailer parking are available. There are many nearby marinas - including Montego Marina, Yacht Club Marina, and KK Marina - that have launching facilities as well as boat and personal watercraft rentals.
