About the owner: Mark and I recenly sold our business in Glacier Park. We are both native Montanans and grew up dreaming of owning waterfront property. We live in the farmlands east of Kalispell and have a daughter at Flathead High School. When not busy supporting school, sports, and managing our rentals, we love to enjoy all things outdoors.

Why the Owner Chose Rollins: We bought this property as our next home. It's just a bit overwelming to consider a move in the middle of our daughter's high school years... and the winter commute is a bit much for a teen. So we're happy to be able to share this place with visitors, squeeze in a few family escapes ourselves, and plan for our future move to this peaceful retreat.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Our first impression from the driveway of this house was that it's completely a mid-century square box. It is... but once inside we were welcomed with a layout that has great bones and is well-apponted. Although not particularly 'fancy', our house has a subtle grace that is perfect for comfortable family life.
