This beautiful, open-concept, single-level home is located on the 8th tee of the Las Colinas Golf Course. The backyard patio, with its BBQ grill, private pool (not heated), waterfall feature, and view of the golf course, offers outdoor relaxation. The casual comfort within this home includes an extra large Great Room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and seating area complete with a large-screen cable TV and new leather couches. There is even a piano, if you are so inclined. A brand new, top-quality king mattress in the master and brand new queen mattresses in the 2nd and 4th bedrooms promise a good night's sleep. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The master features a large, walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with both a shower and soaker tub, and a double-sink vanity. The master is separated from the other 3 bedrooms by the Great Room for privacy. Right off of the Great Room is a Laundry Room with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. This single-level, open floorplan makes for very efficient, easy living. The yard and pool are professionally maintained. There is room for one car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Owner's description and photographs of this clean and quiet Las Colinas Golf Club (LC) property are accurate. Community is close enough to everything you want to get to, yet far enough away from things you want to avoid. Local handyman/caretaker is courteous, available, and helpful. Owner's pre-arrival communications and maps are excellent, and the in-house hospitality "Welcome Binder" is very useful for first time guests (well done!). There are nice views from the shade of the back-yard patio pergola of the LC's driveable par-4, 7th hole, and par-3 8th hole (Check out EZLinkscom and Golfnow.com for reduced green fees) and the (very walkable) golf course has a nice range/chipping area/huge practice putting green if you arrive without your "A" game. Jobing.com (Phoenix Coyotes hockey...for now; Glendale) is almost exactly an hour drive, Wells Fargo Arena & Stadium (Arizona State Sun Devil's university team sports; Tempe) is 40 minutes. TPC Scotsdale (Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament) is also one hour away. Tucson; 90 minutesRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this spacious home. House was spotless, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, great location in nice neighborhood with all conveniences for a relaxing stay. Overlooking the golf course and the most beautiful sunsets in the evening were enjoyed out in the relaxing patio. Short distance from the Olive Mill and Schnepf Farm. not to be missed. Owner was very accommodating.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway.

We found the property even better than depicted on VRBO, very clean, well-appointed, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner and her local representative were very eager to do everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house accomodated other guests and relatives easily so it was delightful entertaining our visitors for overnight and dining. The golf course is a bargain, is fun to play and the community pool is terrific. Check out the Friday morning men's group! Many other golf options are available to explore nearby. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Saguaro and Canyon Lakes are well within an hour's drive with lots to discover on your own. We would recommend this home highly.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Met and surpassed any expectation we had before arriving. Very clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, plus more! The pool with its Waterfall function is sparkling and we enjoyed pool time together with our kids (4 and 2) everyday of our holiday. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to everything you need. Sue, the house owner is a pleasure to deal with! It was so nice to have such a wonderful place to call “home” and we’re looking forward to visiting this little slice of paradise again soon! This property offered everything promised and then some. Property owner was easy to contact and checked in to ensure all was well with our stay. Design of house is perfect for two couples to enjoy company and privacy both. Great golf course and fun to watch our players from our back yard Would recommend this property to anyone and we will try to stay here again the next time we visit the area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: I am a nurse and decided to follow a career opportunity to Colorado. I love this home and plan to return to it when I retire (at least for the winters!). In the meantime, I would like to share it with others who would enjoy a warm Arizona winter!
Why the Owner Chose Queen Creek:
Originally, this home was my primary residence, not an investment or rental property. I chose the floorplan from blueprints for its many windows, especially in the Great Room, allowing for lots of light and great golf course views! Being right on the golf course gives the impression of getting away from the hustle-bustle, yet all of the amenities are just minutes away.
