Everything was as described in listing, house was clean and furniture plenty and comfortable. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy evenings. The owner was very helpful, gave us good directions and few trip suggestions and addresed only one concern we had with keys, which was minor. We enjoyed the quiet setting but in March it was too hot for walks during day. Also we would recomend four wheel drive vehicle since the road is little rough.

Very nice setting, the hot sun and the cool breese gave the best conditions for relaxing and and enjoying the pool. The beach at Buco was fantastic. Within 40 min. drive, many adventure companies are ready for you.

Owner response: We are so happy that you've enjoyed the house with its cooling breeze and the beautiful scenery that surrounds the area. Playa Bejuco does offer large waves, long distance walking and plenty of trees for shade; and only 10-15 minutes away! The pool will now be even better since it is being re-tiled as we speak. Yes, there is lots of activities 40 minutes away in Manuel Antonio, but closer you can enjoy activities at "Rainmaker" or at Isla Damas (mangrove tours) with only a 20 minute drive. Hope you will enjoy the many benefits of La Suave Brisa again soon!
Dear Sylvie and Rod, My husband and I stayed at your casita with an other couple. I have to say that it is one of the nicest vacations we have ever had. The house is beautifull, very comfortable and immaculate. The minute we walked in it felt like home. Sitting on the lanai sipping on our coffee every morning, as we did for most of our dinner was sensational, surrounded by flowers, birds, warm breezes and stunning views. We really enjoyed the nearby small towns, and so close to many beaches, wow!!! it is absolutaly what I call paradise. We give this Casita our highest recommendation!!

An Amazing Property-Highly Recommended!

We had the good fortune to stay for 4 nights in this wonderful casita. The casita itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped ,even providing the little extras like salt and pepper, napkins, tin foil. There are so many little thoughtful touches throughout the casita such as shampoo and conditioner in the shower, beach chairs and towels for your use, DVD's and board games, and so much more. There are numerous outdoor covered seating areas with comfortable chairs, loungers, and a hammock. They overlook gardens with beautiful plantings. We enjoyed sitting outside each morning having our coffee and watching all the birds. The owners of the casita were wonderful to interact with. They made the rental process easy from start to finish. They went out of their way to answer all of my many questions. They genuinely love Costa Rica and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful trip. Prior to our trip they emailed us a packet that contained so much helpful information such as the best place in town to buy food, restaurant and beach information, etc. We would highly recommend this property. It was a wonderful experience. We cannot wait until we are able to return.

Owner response: Dear Anne and family, We would like to thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review. We are glad that you were able to appreciate the small touches as we like to enjoy them ourselves when travelling. As well, one of our favourite things to do is to sit early in the morning, with our Rey coffee and watch the socializing of the green parrots or listen to the singing of the mourning doves. We are happy we were able to share our love of this wonderful country with you and look forward to you and your family being our guests once more. Pura vida! Sylvie & Rod

About the owner: We're two Canadians who fell in love with Costa Rica during our first visit in 1991. We enjoy the outdoors and built our casita accordingly. Have been returning ever since when we get a chance to get away from our jobs (police officer and teacher). In a few years, plan to spend Canadian winters in Costa Rica. Pura vida!
Why the Owner Chose Parrita:
Wanted a vacation home in a typical Tico town which would meet the needs of all the members of our family -from relaxing on the beach, to fishing in the estuaries nearby. Lots of activities from which to choose found nearby in tourist towns of Jaco and Quepos/Manuel Antonio such as: surfing, zip-lining, horseback riding and kayaking!
The Unique Benefits at this Bungalow:
Feel free to do nothing at all: relax back in the hammock and enjoy the ocean breeze. As well, walking area on gated community grounds. Enjoy the birds, the creeks and rolling hills. Great neighbours as well! You're also 25 minutes away from Manuel Antonio National Park with its pristine beaches and wildlife!
