Alpine Getaway is located just 2 minutes from the Raven Golf club, and about 7 minutes to the slopes at Snowshoe Mountain. Enjoy all of the outdoor activities that the Snowshoe area offers by staying at this convient location.

Yes this rental allows pets, however just because we bring a dog doesn't mean the rental should be filthy. When I first arrived I went into the bathroom and there was the previous renters hair throughout the entire room. The toilet looked as if it hadn't been touched. There was obvious dust pilled on the beams, ceiling fan, and furniture. The carpets were gross with numerous stains in the bedrooms. I didn't want to touch anything let alone sleep there for 2 nights. GROSS. Plus it is already a dark place with lack of lighting and it had light bulbs that were burnt out. Also, the tv had a large yellow blotch on half the screen. The beds upstairs didn't have a box spring it was just a mattress on a frame with no support.Did you find this review helpful? Being at the base of the mountain offers a bit more of a quiet atmosphere, while still being very close to all of the hustle and bustle. One of my favorite parts about Alpine Getaway is the hot tub located right next door. It is a super great way to relax after a long day of charging it out on the mountain.
