If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle this is the vacation rental for you. Crystal River is a quaint fishing village and is home of the Manatees.
Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on the 2nd floor. One of the nicest things about our condo is the peaceful view. The balcony overlooks Hunter's Springs and the docks. There is a pool shared with the 20 condo community.
The kitchen has been remodeled with a nautical theme. There are 2 adirondack chairs for you to sit and enjoy the front balcony (faces the parking area). There is a table with 2 chairs on the back balcony so you can enjoy the relaxing waterfront view while perhaps having tea/coffee or an adult beverage!
There is one parking spot designated for the condo next to the building.
Of course you will want to enjoy the many restaurants in the area. Fresh seafood is always available. The Crystal River Mall is on Hwy. 19 about 2 miles from the condo. There is a Cinema in the mall if you like to go to the movies.
There are plenty of golf courses too. If you like to fish, boat, kayak or canoe this is the place for you. You can rent any of these at the nearby boat rentals. There is a shared dock if you would like to use it.
Disney World is not too far away either. It's an easy drive approximately 1 and 1/2 hours to the different theme parks.

Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: We are a family of 4 and like to visit Florida because of friends and family. The condo used to be owned by a family member, so when they decided to sell, we purchased it from them. So it has been in the family for awhile.
Why the Owner Chose Crystal River:
It is near our dad and "grandpap" so it was a perfect choice for us! He is the one that will give you the key to the condo too!

We enjoy the tranquility of Crystal River. We like how close it is to the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoy boating too and the kids love to fish!
