A cozy and comfortable, family friendly 1400 sq ft one level spaceous 4 bedroom plus den condo. Located in the condo complex, Plaza on the Ridge, which is ACTUALLY ON PERFECTION SKI RUN. A honest ski in and ski out location. Perfection Run is 10 meters from the ski locker entrance. Beware of the 'close to' or 'nearby' others claim. 3 chair lifts 200 meters down easy run. One lift goes back up to the Village and kids/beginner run and the other 2 quad and six pack chairs go to the top area of the mountain. Ski back for lunch. 3 minute walk to the Village Centre. Park the vehicle and forget about it. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Restaurants, entertainment and bars all close by. Large entrance for all your gear. Separate den area with big tv for the kids while the adults enjoy the main great room. Shared hottub with 5 other units. In mountain WiFi coverage. One reserved underground parking spot and one first come outside spot. Grocery store close by in Village as well as kids centre and all the rental gear if you didn't bring your own. Enjoy the whole hill all minutes from your door. Fully equipped full sized kitchen and all bedding and towels. 10 pairs of ice skates for your use.
