Our condos at Azure offer security and comfort of a home away from home. Our 4 bedroom/3 bath condo is elegantly but comfortably furnished first floor units. The condo offers the convenience of walking out to the pool and beach from the back patio.
Bedrooms are: KING master with private bathroom, jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom is KING, third has a QUEEN and the fourth room is a FULL bed. The 2nd king bedroom have a connecting bathroom. Queen room has a private bath. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa for added sleeping space. * 4 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL - SUMMER/SPRING BREAK IS WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY.
Our units are well maintained and updated each year to insure that our guests stay is as comfortable as possible. Each condo also includes all the comforts of home with a washer/dryer in the unit, a full kitchen fully stocked with dishes, tv-dvd player in every bedroom as well as in the family room and much more. All bedding, towels, cable and free high speed internet are included.
WE HAVE SEVERAL CONDOS. PLEASE EMAIL FOR OTHER AVAILABLE CONDO IN FORT WALTON BEACH OR PANAMA CITY BEACH.
Additional condo amenities include a secured covered parking garage, large boardwalk to the beach, fully equipped exercise room, video arcade & game room for the kids, beach service, free high speed internet, 3 BBQ grills and picnic area.
We have wonderful deep sea fishing charters close by. We also have the Gulfarium just around the corner. The Destin Commons shopping center and movie theater are about 10 miles away. Azure is within walking distance to several restaurants located just up the beach. Area attractions include mini golf, bumper boats/go carts, water park, golf courses and tons of shopping.

We recently returned from a week in this condo. We have stayed at the Azure before, and find the property to be perfect for our family with the nice pools and easy access to the beach. The core of the unit is as nice as most Azure units with upgraded appliances, granite, and the first floor access to the pool was perfect. However, we discovered many maintenance issues while staying in the unit. The smoke detector in the hallway was removed. 2 of the 4 bar stools were falling apart due to loose screws. We had to move them because we were worried the kids would get hurt. We'd have fixed ourselves, but a torx head screw driver isn't something we travel with on vacation. The lamp in the living room was broken Nearly every room had at least 1 burned out lightbulb The hooks used on one of the shower curtain's were too small, and wouldn't slide on the rod. The nightstand in the master bedroom was broken. The screen on the door in the living room was broken. These were all small things that were annoying, but we were willing to just live with. Then we found mid-week that the hot water tap in the master bath was broken, meaning if you'd like a bath, it was cold water only. We finally contacted Southern Vacation Rentals, who did quickly respond by sending over a plummer. He said he would order a part, so hopefully it will be fixed for the next renters. The condo as a whole has such promise, but if you're used to more upgraded accommodations like a Hilton or Westin, you may not be happy with the quality of linens, bedding, sparse decor and overall worn feel of the unit. I think we did save a few hundred dollars over other units we looked at during the same period. So, the unit is likely fairly priced, but in the future we'd likely pay a few hundred more for a little higher quality furnishings. We did send our list of maintenance issues to Southern Vacation Rentals, so I assume most of the problems we encountered will be corrected for future renters.Owner response: Than you for taking time to write a review and we are really sorry for the inconvenience during your vacation. Had a great stay with my wife and two kids, along with my brother his wife and two kids! Condo was exactly what we thought it would be. It was spacious and very relaxing. the ground level is such a bonus when at the beach with small children (all kids 6 and under) Easy access to the great pool and beach and when someone needed a bathroom, snack, drink or anything it was right there. Had all breakfast and lunches in condo and even a couple dinners. used the grills on the grounds to grill steaks and fresh shrimp. talked to a lot of great people from all over the country. The azure is in a great location and only a short drive to Destin if you need more activities, booking with Southern Rentals was effortless and all information received in a timely fashion. We've been vacationing on Okaloosa Island and in Destin for the past 20 years and finally decided to make it our home. I now work as a real estate agent in the Destin/ Fort Walton Beach area and we love it here.

Okaloosa Island is perfect for families. The buildings are restricted to only 6 floors which means with the low density, the beaches are never crowded like so many other local beaches. We love the elbow room.
