Thanks you for sharing your condo. The description and photos are accurate for this nice and clean unit. The view is so great because the condos are on a small hill. We were lucky to see two beautiful sunsets in early April. I just happened to look out to the ocean through the telescope and caught a group of whales spouting and moving North. We had a great weekend of clamming, bike riding, and enjoying local restaurants. We used the garage to store our bikes and clamming gear. There is a car wash area in the parking lot that was useful for getting the sand off of our boots and the salt off of our vehicle. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys all types of beach activity.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

High Season (May-September) and Holidays $170 a night for the first two poeple, $10 each person extra plus 9.8% tax. 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. Low Season (October-April) $150 a night for the first two people, $10 each person extra plus 9.8% tax. Cleaning Fee: $50

About the owner: My husband and I really miss out condo on the coast. We have moved out of state and cannot visit it as much as we once did so that is why we are sharing it with others.
Why the Owner Chose Seaview:
We have fond memories of growing up in Washington and visiting the Long Beach peninsula as children.

We love taking walks in the quaint village of Seaview, dining in the restaurants, having camp fires on the beach, and clamming and fishing. The view from the condo is phenomenal and even in the winter, you can enjoy a visit, to the coast and experience the ocean through the view.
