LIGHTHOUSE HILL B+B - UNFORTUNATELY OUR HOME OWNER'S INSURANCE RATES HAVE CHANGED - AND THE ADDITION OF THE B+B WOULD PUT US IN A COMMERCIAL CATEGORY. THE INCREASED COST IN INSURANCE HAS MADE IT NECESSARY FOR US TO STOP OFFERING THE B+B SPACE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE, AND WILL EXPAND THE TIME THAT THIS IS OFFERED TO ACCOMMODATE ANY OF OUR FORMER B+B PEOPLE. WE THANK YOU FOR COMING TO OUR HOME. WE HAVE ENJOYED HAVING YOU VERY MUCH. WE WILL MISS YOU BUT STILL HOPE TO SEE YOU AROUND THE ISLAND.

Spacious, beautiful, private two-bedroom suite and warm welcome in wonderful home. Private entrance. Hilltop location with views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Southeast Light. Ocean views from every room. Private gazebo with deck, hammock, and views of Clay Head and Block Island Sound. Short walk to Southeast Light and Mohegan Bluffs. One mile from town.

One third of Block Island is protected through Block Island Conservancy, Block Island Land Trust, the Nature Conservancy, and other agencies. There are so many places you can go, each more beautiful than the next. All salt-water beaches are public. There are over 300 fresh ponds.

Enjoy the surf in season, and beauty and quiet throughout the year.
