We have been recommending this unit to all of our friends traveling to Chicago. This was the PERFECT spot for our family of four. The condo was well-appointed, incredibly friendly staff and such a convenient process for renting. Was wonderful to have a kitchen and washer and dryer, especially when traveling with a toddler. Owner was very helpful and responsive, even over a holiday weekend. We felt like we were staying at a downtown resort in the heart of Chicago. The kids loved the pool and we were so close to Miracle Mile. Whole Foods, Caribou Coffee and a great little restaurant called Citizen were just blocks away. The July 4th fireworks display was incredible... we were able to see many displays for miles. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Chicago. This stay confirmed for our family that this is the only way to explore other cities with kiddos. The parking spot was such a perk, as well.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

The property was exactly as presented. Family of five stayed for extended weekend. It was a little tight but we actually spent very little time in the condo. The location was great, walked everywhere. Wonderful city. We would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Stayed with 2 girlfriends for a work conference and some R&R. The Condo was better than expected and the Spa in the basement with saunas and hot tub were amazing. There is plenty of bars and restaurants in this friendly neighborhood and the parking included was a big plus. Just took a cab when we wanted to venture further out, or would enjoy the walk home after a busy day. Whole foods down the road was also just great. We will definitely try to come back. My first time using VRBO, and it was a breeze.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and our two children spent two weeks of July here and absolutely loved it! This brand new apartment has it all. The views from the balcony overlooking the city and Chicago River were incredible. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and various nice touches...nothing left to chance. The new building has so many features so feel like you are at the Intercontinental! We loved the Spa and the free printing in the business center was handy for our boarding passes on the way home. Great location we walked all over the city and soaked in Chicago. What a fabulous city. We may need to move here from LA!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
