Quiet, Clean and Convenient
Quiet, Clean and Convenient
Our family of four stayed here before heading home again after a theme park/cruise vacation. It was nice to be able to relax in a less touristy fashion and in a house instead of a hotel. The house was comfortable and we were within very convenient driving distances to everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Had a great time.
Had a great time.
This was my first experience renting a house for a week over the internet. We wanted to go south for the warm weather. Our hosts Geneen and Aaron where so helpful. They are very caring people. The house is as described but their description of the back yard does not do it justice. You could spend every day in the back yard. It is beautifully maintained and the banyan tree is breath taking. The neighborhood is quiet divers just like most of Miami. It is in a centralized location and easy to navigate around town from. I felt very safe and secure. Everything was clean and orderly. It is Pet friendly with a totally fenced in back yard. There is a Publix and Walgreen about 3 blocks away. I would recommend this for people who understand and appreciate the intercity neighborhood experience. You are not on Miami Beach but you will save an easy grand a week by driving about 20 min to get there. I would rent it again and recommend it.
