  The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping . Could rent a boat right at the plaza beside the condo. The beach was great and right across the street. Can take the trolley to any place on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Having the trolley to take you any place on the beach Time Square, Resturants, Shopping, Publix ect is pretty convenient too. Thanks for staying at my place.   My husband spent a month here and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean. We did some of our own cooking and all necessary utensils were provided: dishes, pots and pans, silverware etc. Many restaurants and stores were within walking distance. A trolley is available to get to Publix for groceries if you do not have a car. The entire complex was very clean, including a large heated pool. The beach was only a block away. We especially like the fact that it was very quiet, friendly people, secure building and less traffic than the north end of the beach. We have booked this unit for next March and highly recommend it to people looking for a clean, secure and peaceful place to stay. The owner is friendly and has thoughtfully provided all the necessities we needed for our stay.

  Owner response: Santa Maria is really a great location on Ft Myers Beach. That end of the island is definitely the quieter end with less traffic and easier access to other beaches like Lovers Key, Bonita Beach & Bearfoot Beach in Bonita and Naples beaches too. I am glad you found everything in the unit to be just what you needed for a perfect vacation. Having the trolley available to get around is convienent too if you dont have a car.   My wife and 5 year old child spent a week in this unit and found it to be a perfect place to get away. The unit was spotless and had all of the modern appliances one could ask for. (Kerig coffee machine too!) The Complex is very quiet around there and the people are very friendly. The pool is spotless every day and the water was perfect. The unit also came with a secured storage unit that had lots of beach stuff and pool toys. We always felt very safe anywhere we went no matter the time of day or night. Many resturants within walking distance and the beautiful beach was only a block away. Can't wait to go back next year!
