Wonderful beautiful decorated 3/2 home on water that’s perfect for a vacation or simply relaxation. It’s located on beautiful Cudjoe Gardens with direct ocean access. There’s a restaurant and marina within walking distance.

Looe Key Reef is an easy trip by boat or charter.
The home itself is has a great screened in area that overlooks the swimming canal. Great place to have a cup of coffe in the morning or night. Inside you’ll find a warm comfortable home that’s completely furnished and ready to go.
If you need a bigger place let me know because we have a great, new, 5 bedroom home on Sugarloaf too (5 miles from here). Great place to plan a family reunion or vacation with lots of friends.
Both homes are pet friendly.

I hesitate to write this because it will probably put the house in more demand, but...you couldn't find a nicer neighborhood, in a better geographic location. The interior of the house is very attractive and comfortable (especially the beds) although we spent most of the time we were home on the screened in porch. There are fish in the canal. There are three kayaks and a canoe. It is easy to get to the ocean. Naja is wonderful to work with. There are great bike paths nearby and on adjacent keys. We had a wonderful time except for the fact that a whole month seemed like a week and a half. February has become our favorite month of the year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

It was our family vacation and it was awesome.Beautifull home with everything we needed.very quiet area.very nice neigbourhood.And Naja(landlord) was very helpfull. we are definetly coming back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I chose this location because the water clarity is just so wonderful and the canal is considered a swimming canal. My husband would tell you that the number one reason was the direct ocean access.
