Luxurious condo central to 7 ski areas. The 4 Summit County Ski Resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin and their Nordic Centers are within 4-15 miles. We are close to Vail Resort and Beaver Creek (30-39 mi), and Loveland Ski Resort is also within 20 miles. Many trails are available for Cross-Country/Nordic Skiing. Additional activities in the area include Snow Tubing, Sleigh Rides, Ice Skating, Cross-Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Snow Touring, Ice Fishing, Horseback/Trail Riding, and Shopping at the many outlet stores.
Your choice of the above 7 ski areas within 6-45 minutes. The free Summit Stage bus serves all of Summit County.
You will enjoy the great views from our condo that look West and Southwest to Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile range of mountains behind Breckenridge and Frisco as well as to Swan Mountain and some or Gore Range is visible. Other views include the mountains for the Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski areas.
Luxurious condo on Lake Dillon and on the lake side of downtown Dillon. We have new aspen log furniture and mattresses in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen aspen log bed. The guest room also has a queen aspen log bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Our kitchen has granite counter-tops and is fully equipped with new plates, cookware, glasses, silverware, a blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a new smooth-top stove. There is a laundry room in our building. This condo includes a brand new private steam sauna shower in the condo with the temperature control in the shower.
We have a newly renovated Clubhouse on-site with 2 new Jacuzzis and the largest pool in Dillon. For your dining pleasure, there are five great/very good restaurants within a 2 block walking distance.
There are many festivals hosted by the 4 towns in Summit County and there are many other activities in and around Summit County. Vail is about 30 minutes away and Aspen about 60 minutes. The 6 towns in Summit County with activities are Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone, Silverthorne and Copper Mountain and all are on the free bus system.
There are many off-road trails and forest roads to explore if you are in the mood to explore our many forests, streams, mountains, ghost towns, gold and silver mines and mountain towns.
