  WE HAD A Great Time, The house was is a perfect secure location. Very quiet, but very close the beaches and the center. We rented a car, but we never used it. No other buildings behind the house so we could enjoy the garden. The property was very clean and the staff very friendly. It was very nice furnished and the kitchen was full equipped and a nice grill in the garden. We recommend this house to everyone how looks for a nice, clean and good located vacation property. We definitely will rent the house again.

  We just married and we were looking for a place to spend our honeymoon. We saw that house on vrbo and it fits the budget we had. It looked nice on internet and the rate was very reasonable for a whole house. For the money we spend we were not expecting a palace, but it was the right choice for us, we would describe the house as COZY. It was very quiet and private, specially the garden and pool. The house is close to the center and the beach, just perfect location. It is nice decorated and very clean and you have all you need to fell home. At night we grilled most of the time and enjoyed the romantic tropical garden terrace. We recommend this house to everybody who looks for romantic escape. We will come back as soon we can. It was an unforgettable honeymoon. Thanks to the owners.

  We rent the house 2 times a year since 4 years. We know the owners Andreas and Javier from the time when they had the hotel and it was just a dream. When they sold we got offered the house from them and in 2008 we stayed the first time in that house. The house was not even listed at this on vrbo at this time. We was always pleased and impressed by the excellent service we got by the owners and the management company. The rate for the house is more economic than to stay in the hotel and the owners give to all repeat guests a 10% off the normal rate. We appreciate that a lot so we renting also from them their condos in Puerto Vallarta vrbo listing: 358981. Here we have our own pool, garden and if we are not in the mood to cook or use the grill, we walk some minutes and we are in the middle of everything. This time we came with our daughter and her 2 child’s. Like the house has to big bed rooms facing the garden with nice size bath rooms and an extra sleeping area with a sofa bed, we had plenty of space. This house fits our needs, quiet located, private garden, nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen with a lot of storeroom and tasteful decoration we could not say what we miss. The cleaning girls are very friendly and doing an excellent job. Please don’t expect a palace, this is an amazing house in the best and most secure area of Playa del Carmen for a very reasonable rate. We normally don’t write any review, because the owners and the management company know we love the house and we will always come back, but we saw this really bad review from that Canadian person. We could read between the lines that this person is just upset, because he had to pay for something he broke. We find it very generous from the owners not to charge for the broken TV and the credit they used on the additional requested cellphone, especially when the house has 3 phones for local calls and you can call from room to room. We also know the old grill. I’m not sure if I would be the owner and buy a new grill just to please unappeasable guests. I’m very sorry, but to write such review full of hate shows there was nothing wrong with the house, because that guy did not mention anything about the house.I don’t want that my grandchild’s get hurt on a broken crystal cover. So this review is not helpful to any traveler. It is just full of hate,, for no reason. Good that this renter will stay away, it is not a lost and the owners have not to grief. WE WILL RENT FROM ALWAYS THEM AGAIN!

  We rented the house for Christmas 2011 it was just a surprise. The house was in perfect conditions and the location could not be better. 10 Minutes’ walk to the center 1 block from the beach and the house offered all you need to feel home. The house is in a very safe area and we had inside parking garage. The decoration was very tasteful and it was very clean. The beautiful garden and the pool gave us the privacy we were looking for. The administration company and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. We will go back and we recommend this house to all our friends. T. Huber

  From the time we moved in until the time we left , there was grief. A BBQ was in the listing , but not there , when asked from the owner , his email was alittle bit contrite. After 4 days , we finally got one . We asked for a cell phone to contact the management company because the listing said phone included. We got 8 days later and charged for minutes even thouigh the management company said there would no charge . The TV turned orange and shut down , the landlord blames that on us . The management company checked when we left , and everything was fine , yet the landlord charged us for a piece of crstyal that he says we broke . In his email he told us that he knew we were trouble . We have rented before and we have never had these problems ... NEVER AGAIN FROM HIM.

Thanks Andreas. Like you complained about nothing in regards to the house, like location, kitchen, living room bed rooms, garden, terraces or inside parking and cleaning, we assume everything was just perfect like your wrote me when you arrived. Sorry for the grill,the old one was not good enough, because it was to old for you. We tried to please you, but you arrived on a Saturday 18th of feb.2012 and next Monday you had a brand new grill, sometimes it is difficult to find nice things in Playa del Carmen over the weekend.The moment you reported the TV broke it was replaced as there was one not in use in the property either if you connected or the property management did it, but you had an spare TV on the property for immediate use, and you were not charged for that, I told you broken TV had to be sent to the provider to try to find out what happen to the TV. I wrote you in my email; if the provider tells as the damage were provoked by the user, the guarantee doesn’t apply. It was not our intention to blame you, before we know what happen with the TV, but it is how it works with the providers. Sorry if you misunderstood that. We had to fight with the provider to get it repaired on guarantee, for a reason! So you had not to pay one penny. Question is; why we had to fight with the provider… In the house are 3 house phone for local calls (living room, and in each bed room.You asked for a cell phone and the property management delivered one the same day, they left it on top of the dining table, as you were not at home with a note, if you found it several days after, sorry… Just looking for another reason to blame us.You would be normally charged for 2.50 USD for the credit you used on the cell phone you requested, if that was too much for you,so we don't charge the 2.50 US.On your check out the glass/crystal cover on a sideboard was broken, sorry, but we had to charge for a replacement and we don't a future gust get hurt. You got told that from the management comapany that you have to pay for the replacement and that is the reason for this kind of review. Sorry we were not able to please you and your party but we did our best.For some people the best is not enough. We are very,very sorry for your grief.

Airport pick up available 150 US round trip for 5 people

We ask for a deposit of 50 % and the balance and a security deposit of 500 US is do 30 days before arrival-

For the christmas and New Year Season a 100 % of the rent is requested as deposit

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Taxes are all incuded in the rates, elecricity will be charged from your security deposit and is not included in the rate, to avoid the abuse of the A/C's. Guests should use the A/C just if it is needed and when leaving the house the should turn off, this is a way to avoid a high electricity bill.
