Make this luxurious two story villa your place in the sun this winter! You'll be a short walk from one of the best ocean beaches in Florida, and close to great shopping and restaurants. There is every activity imaginable or you can just spend your days lazing by the pool or sunbathing on your private deck. The sun deck faces west making it the perfect place for a romantic dinner watching the spectacular Florida sunset.
There are two master bedrooms with full private bathrooms en suite. The first is on the entry level and has a queen size bed. The other is on the upper level and has a king size bed. There is also a multi-purpose room that can be used as a third bedroom. It has a double futon, closet and an adjoining half bath. There is also a queen size convertible sofa in the living room.
The multi purpose room can also be used as a sunroom, breakfast room or playroom. if you let us know your preference, we'll try to set it up accordingly.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, a rack for hanging clothes and room to set up the ironing board.
The kitchen is updated with corian countertops. It is located adjacent to the dining area making serving meals simple.
A unique feature of our unit is the library on the loft. The loft connects through sliders to the deck making it a pleasant space to relax with a book. We have hundreds of books to please most tastes, and the community also has a library in the clubhouse.
Our preferred renters would be a retirees wishing to spend several months in Florida. We could offer very favourable rates for a lease of three months or longer. It's a perfect place to have your grandchildren come visit! We have books, toys and games and can provide a crib on request.
Getting here couldn't be easier. We are a few minutes drive from I95. Once on the Interstate, Palm Beach International Airport is a 20 minute drive, Fort Lauderdale about an hour.

About the owner: Hi! We are Al and Ginger Ipri. We live in Princeton, NJ, and Bella Vista has been our winter home for the past 11 years. We love to play tennis, eat out, cruise, read, dance etc etc. One of our favorite occupations is haunting the wonderful re-sale and thrift shops in the area. We can give you a list if you are similarly inclined!
Why the Owner Chose Jupiter:
We have been coming to Jupiter since 1980, and watched the Bella Vista villas being built. We always said that it would be our idea of heaven. When we retired in 1999, we were able to make our dream come true. We now need a garage and somewhat less space, so we have bought a townhouse closeby. This means that we will be available to act as your local resource agents if you need help or advice.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
One reason we have loved Bella Vista is the friendly atmosphere here. There are regular BYO parties at the clubhouse where everyone is made to feel welcome. If you sit by the pool, people will give you privacy or talk to you - whatever you choose. There are ample comfortable sunloungers, and the area is immaculately maintained. The clubhouse is right by the pool so you can take lunch, leave it in the fridge there and eat it at the tables there. And of course the location is unbeatable. The beach, the Maltz Theatre, supermarket, movies, gym, restaurants are all within walking distance. Our grandchildren love coming here and have their favorite activities. They enjoy the ocean, beach, tennis and pool of course. but top of their list of must do's are climbing Jupiter Lighthouse and canoeing the Loxahatchee.
