  Bringing my family to the States during our school brake in Central America (we use calender year) decide to use this property as our Home Base, being so close to I75 we were able to dine at Joes Stone Crabs in South Beach, and get there in 35 minutes,(yes my kids have good taste, my fault)and be down at the Dolphin Mall in Miami as well as the Saw grass Mall, Sunrise 15 minutes, Dine in Fort Lauderdale even made it to Boca Raton, even made it to Disney Universal and Lego Land for a short period of time about 3.5 hours away, and got back to the enjoyment of the pool and Bar B Q and new playground, the staff was very nice, thanks Roxane for peeking up all that mess of Lego's the kids left behind and send it to us and Jose for all the little special touches, will be back soon, Thanks Guillermo Santana

  We rented this home for the months of February and March and we were absolutely delighted. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The property is gorgeous; beautifully landscaped, and private, giving the feeling of being in a tropical resort. The location of this home can not be beat, it's close to everything and anything you could need or want. The owner and staff were exceptionally accommodating, and wonderfully friendly. We would definitely recommend this property!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We were visiting family in the Weston/Plantation area and needed a place for several families. Hotels get very expensive for two families of 4 and grandparents. We tried Vacation Village in Weston/Bonaventure last year and it was good but we liked the idea of a private home with its own pool. All of the logistics with the house were a breeze. Willie, Claudia, and Manny were all very responsive via email and phone. Questions were always answered quickly and we had no issues starting or closing out the rental. Location-wise, the house is easily accessible from MIA and FLL and has anything you could need close by. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, rental cars, etc. are all within easy reach. The house itself is in a very high end community and is spacious. It is ideal for entertaining because of the large outdoor space, the enclosed BBQ room, the billiards room, and the large living room. We cooked big family dinners every night and it was perfect. We were traveling with 4 children under the age of 8 and the layout was very safe and inviting. They even have a nice size, new, wooden playset (swings, slides, and lookout spot) that we used a lot. The pool is the perfect size and not very deep so it was also very good for the kids. We are also within one mile from Vista View Park and close to Flamingo Gardens. Both were great local activities. We have rented homes before and we certainly recommend this one to anyone looking for a unique Florida home rental.

  We loved the country location with the beautiful landscaping. We loved the large trees, lake with fountains and other plants. The picket fenced-in pool with landscaping gave us privacy to enjoy the outdoors with our pets. The owner and property manager were very nice, accommodating and available by phone for questions. The large, spacious house was well equipped with bonus of large screened-in family room connected to in-house pool room and bar. The master bed is very comfortable with a large master bathroom. TV's everywhere. We needed temporary housing while our house is being built. We greatly appreciated we could bring our dogs, and the fenced in area for the dogs to use. Even though it is in the country, those looking for the feel of a Florida vacation will feel that with the spacious house and backyard pool. This house is a wonderful country retreat in a great location.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  Owner response: Yes you are right,even though we are in an Equestrian community,very peaceful country settings, and it does not feel that you are in a Metropolitan area at all, but I75 is right there making Miami and Fort Lauderdale 20 minutes away the beach about 25 minutes Hard Rock Cafe 10 minutes Sawgrass mall 15 minutes Ikea and groceries Publix and everything close, dear Guest you are right in the money

  My husband and I have never used VRBO, we were afraid to use it but decided that we should take a chance and see how it went. We are so happy we did because this is a beautiful, VERY CLEAN and spacious house. We are used to staying at the hyatt and Ritz but could not go there this time because I I was getting surgery done and we wanted to take our 50lb dog with us. We stayed here 8 nights and miss it tremendousely. The owner is SO NICE and anything we needed the grounds keeper (Manny) was there to help us. Our dog and 6yr old child were so happy. We had so much room, the yard is huge, the master bedroom and master bathroom are beautiful and the nature views are wonderful. It only took us 20 minutes to get to Miami. I strongly recommend this house. We will definitely do business again with the owner as he has more houses in the South Florida area. Thank You Willie. :O))

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
