Fripp Island is a small private island approximately three and one-half miles long and one and one-half miles wide, so EVERYTHING is close by. On Fripp Island it is possible to be as active or "laid back" as you like.
Our private home is set near the center of the island in a quiet secluded location. It is tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and VERY CLEAN (we take great pride in our home). This is a NON-SMOKING HOME. The bedding is as follows: 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and 1 queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a pull out sleep sofa in the great room.
Each bedroom has a TV with cable and ceiling fans.(Portable crib available for nominal fee.) The kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook. We have all the kitchen gadgets, small appliances ( toaster, blender, mixer, coffemaker baking dishes). There is a vast aray of spices on hand, for the "cook". We even have a nice collection of cookbooks for your use and enjoyment!
BEACH ACCESS
This area is accessed by going to Rock Beauty Road. Fripp Island has a beautiful beach. Make sure you tavel the roads and see all of the wildlife, including deer, alligators, loggerhead turtles,(on the beach of course), osprey nests, and so much more.
Be sure to visit Harbor Island and Hunting Island. Hunting Island is one of the top 100 state parks in the United States. Make certain to visit the lighthouse and the beach (It is pristine!) If you love to cook and want fresh seafood, then the place to go is Gay Seafood Compamy located across the street from the Shrimp Shack, (which is a great place for cooked and prepared seafood).
Another great place to frequent is Johnson Creek Tavern, locally owned by Fripp Island residents. Also Beaufort is a must! Many restaurants, bistros, antique stores, and shopping!! Don't forget the carriage ride.
If we don't have what your looking for, we can try and refer you to other homeowners that rent their private homes and condos as well. JUST ASK!! WE'LL DO OUR BEST TO HELP YOU.

Amenity Cards must be requested and purchased in advance by the Member and picked up by the guest. There are NO refunds on the cards per Club rules.

Privately owned, with access restricted to preserve the high standards you expect, the Fripp Island sports and dining amenities are designed to provide unparalleled satisfaction.
The Fripp Island amenities include two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, swimming pools, recreation and nature programs, excursions rentals, marina and restaurants.
Access to Fripp Island Resort amenities are restricted to Fripp Island Club Members and their guests who purchase Amenity Cards.
