  Nice and clean place. We got this place on a last minute search. Tammy was nice enough to rent it out for two days. Not many properties are available for two days.

  Thanks Tammy! We had a very good time while at your house! The beach is right there and the weather was really good that week! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. No beach towels or beach chairs but you could rent beach chairs/loungers and umbrella very inexpensively from a dealer on the island. We got to see a large pod of dolphins and lots of schools of fish while on the beach. Our only "wish" was that the grill had been sturdier/in better shape...too rusty and grates to wide to be able to grill like we are used to (we are used to gas).

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  My husband and I had a wonderful time! Great place if you don't want to deal with alot of noise and chaos!

  My family and I stayed July 9-16 2011. It was a nice, quaint house, not to big and not too small, just right for my family. It is located in a great place, only steps away from the water. We would stay here again. Thanks Tammy:)

In the event of damage, I agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage. This will be deducted from my security deposit. All food and trash should be disposed of properly in outside garbage can and put at street for pick up, and dishes left clean and in place, and one load of laundry started. (towels on hot water cycle) 3. No smoking! Smoking in the house will result in forfeiture of security deposit. 4. No Pets allowed unless approved by owner with $100.00 nonrefundable fee. 5. Check-out is 10:00 am. Check in is 3:00 pm 6. This house is privately owned and owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, personal injury or personal property that may be missing, left, or damaged. Renter assumes all responsibility. 7. Renters of 104 Shell Court, Dauphin Island, AL assume responsibility for the care of minors who visit during the term of the rental contract.
