Golf courses, reservoirs for boating just minutes away, festivals, outdoor concerts, shopping, or stay in and play a game of pool and finish the night enjoying the large flat screen t.v.'s throughout, or sample some of the many world class restaurants and galleries around Park City. Our unit is 3 floors with a balcony off the master bedroom, and main floor, with a larger patio on the lower level. It has a 2 car garage and is 2500 sq of beautiful living space, right off the historic 30 mile rail trail, (perfect for biking, strolling, or cross country skiing.) We have a King room which has a King bed and a day bed with a trundle, there is a Queen room that has a Queen bed and a day bed with a trundle, and bunk bed room that has a twin over full bunk with a trundle.
Many Sundance venues are just minutes away. Visitors and locals enjoy the free Park City bus that will take you to the 3 world class ski resorts and just about any where else in town. The bus stop is just around the corner from our unit. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast, or a shopping enthusiast, or a relaxing enthusiast, our Park City Town house will be the get away you have been dreaming of.

This place is amazing! Perfect for those looking for a nice vacation right in Park City! It's about 10 minutes to all of the ski resorts. It's great for entertaining. Downstairs has pool table and a HUGE comfortable couch with a massive TV. Upstairs bedrooms were good size and had plenty of beds. Everything was clean when we arrived and had no problems. Will definitely be going back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo has a little bit of everything. Nice sized rooms, televisions galore, nicely furnished, pool, hot tub... the list goes on. Price seems fair, large kitchen/living area on main floor, and large family room where we watched the games on the large flat screen while playing pool through the commercials. We had 3 small families there and were very comfortable. pretty close to old town and you can easily access the ski areas. My wife used the trail system right out back for her jogs and my kids loved the park right next to it. We were there in the summer and enjoyed a couple of the nearby reservoirs and golf courses. Great place to vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: We are 2 brothers from Idaho. One likes to snow ski and the other water ski, and neither go very often. Our wives hope purchasing in Park City will change that.
Why the Owner Chose Canyon Crossing:
Park City is a little more than a 3 hour drive from our homes in Idaho. We have 10 adult children, 1 teenager and lots of grandchildren between us, and Park City and the surrounding area have something for each of us. We love the location because you can bypass all of the traffic at Kimball Junction. We love spending time with our families and it is roomy enough for that.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
After skiing or hiking we want a good night sleep, so we purchased high quality comfortable mattresses. We like to eat on the 3 balcony's that overlook a park and the mountains and to walk out our lower level door to the rail trail. The city park is great with tennis, skate park, basketball courts, lighted ball fields, beach volleyball court and trails that go to Historic Main St. We love to ski, shop, and do lots of outdoor activities.
