This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a private covered balcony overlooking the marina.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen television with a dvd player. The 2nd bedroom features a full size bed and a flat screen television with a dvd player.
The master bath has a jetted tub and decorations that will put you at ease in relaxation.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. A wine cooler and separate ice maker are also provided.
The living room features a large flat panel television with a DVD player. The pullout sleeper sofa will accomadate at least 2 adults and possibly 3 children. A stereo with a cd player is also provided.
The private covered balcony provides a fantastic view of the marina from 8 floors up! A gas grill is ready for grilling when you are! The 6 person patio dining set will keep everyone comfortable while relaxing enjoying the view.

This unit was like new, very modern, roomy, great beds and one of the nicest condos we have stayed , and that goes back 25 plus years. The view out the balcony over the water watching the boats come and go was very relaxing. Our kids liked being on their own while visiting the shops. And just for me, a mom and pop, Starbucks quality coffee shop (can I get an amen for great coffee!) and yes. some awesome restaurants. Cyclists, walkers and runners, we were just about half a mile to the Orange Beach Sports Complex where we accessed the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail that connects to Gulf State Park. I rode this trail everyday and I can say it is the most awesome multi-use paved trail I have ever ridden. Our family looks forward to trying to rent this unit again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About: My wife, daughter and I absolutely LOVE The Wharf! My wife enjoys the shopping on Mainstreet while my daughter and I love to enjoy the water park. The restaurants are nothing short of wonderful. The ampitheater hosts some of the best headline acts available anywhere!
