We felt right at home. Colleen had the house spotlessly cleaned. Our linens were new and freshly launderd. The views of the golf course with evening sunsets were spectacular. Lots of birds outside the fenced in yard to enjoy watching. If we had questions on any subject, Colleen was always helpful with leads and options. She learned of my weakness for peppermint patties and had a large dish filled with those and other chocolates. While we were there, we golfed several days a week and took walks around the beautiful neighborhood or down to the park. The only problem we had was that our time seemed to end to quickly. Thank you Colleen for such a wonderful stay. We hope to see you soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I just returned home after a wonderful stay at this property and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I was traveling with three other ladies to attend/play in a golf tournament at PGA National. The home is located within a short 5 minute drive to the Pro Shop and was actually located right on a Haig Course fairway. The home iss absolutely beautiful, tastefully appointed, filled with every kitchen appliance you could ever want or need and so very comfortable. We knew we had made the right choice as soon as we walked in. The house was bright, airy, CLEAN, quiet, lovely and full of fun and whimsical decorations throughout the house. It was fun finding different things. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, which we did almost every night. All appliances are high-end (washer/dryer, fridge, coffee maker, wine cooler, knives, etc.) which made it very nice and enjoyable.. There was a tv in every bedroom, in the kitchen and a HUGE monster of a tv in the livingoom which was awesome to watch our sports on! Each bedroom was very nice. I didn't sample each bed but the bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. My traveling companions agreed with me that their beds were also wonderful. Lastly, the owner was a joy to work with. She was very generous with her time to answer questions and even helped us prepare for our national golf tourney by sending us course info, etc. She had a book full of local restaurant menus to help us pick places to try. And she offered us so much more than I have time to go into on this page. Just know, she is truly a special lady that cares about her guests. If ever in the area again, we would definitely rent this home again. My husband and I were thrilled with our stay at this property. It was immaculate and extremely well maintained. There is nothing you will need extra, all is supplied . Just move in. When I first met Colleen (and Jim) she is probably one of the nicest and sincerest people I have met in a long time. Now for the Marlin. Well there is a story and a good one. Yes Jim actually caught this record breaking trophy and once you understand this there is no better place to display this is in your home. I have to say once I moved in I did not even notice it at all so did not bother us a bit. The community pool is just around the corner and well maintained and quite a lovely spot. If you are a golfer the PGA does not get any better and speaks for itself.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.

My husband, two kids, sister and I stayed at this wonderful property in January 2012. It not only met, but exceeded, our expectations. The location is perfect! It is close to great restaurants, activities for the kids (Lion Country Safari, turtle rescue center, etc.), the PGA National Resort and Spa and many other local attractions. The home itself is impeccably clean and very well maintained. Its backyard overlooks one of the PGA Golf courses, which is great for meals outdoors or just relaxing in the sun. The three bedrooms are all very large with plenty of room for pack n plays and other kid stuff and the beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bath and/or shower, which is nice for privacy. The kitchen has everything you might want or need during your stay and also overlooks the golf course, which is nice for cooking. This property also offers the option of including the golf and resort membership, which is well worth it. The golf courses are outstanding and the spa is amazing. We really enjoyed the spa soaking pools and services offered there. The owner is a dream to work with. She is extremely helpful in answering questions and she even recommended some restaurants and activities. She made the whole experience very easy. My family will definitely be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your unbelievably luxurious home! Our boys (2 and 5) LOVED it! The boys had lots of fun utilizing the putting green out back, and the HUGE Marlin hanging from the ceiling was an exciting topic of conversation for them through out our stay. (With a parent's note, we were happy to see how child friendly the accomodations where. We had great piece of mind knowing we had child resistant gates around the stairs). The beds were extremely comfortable and my wife and I really liked the ability to customize our morning coffees (and tea in the afternoon) with your Keurig Coffee Maker. In fact, we found that if we needed anything, it was already provided and usually exceeded our expectations. The view from the patio was very relaxing as well, and we really enjoyed watching the many different variety of wildlife walking the scenic golf course and around the lake in your back yard. We look forward to our next stay, and will recommend your place highly to all our friends and family.
