We had a great time. The house was comfortable, hot tub fun, plenty of the things we needed - towels, etc. Liked the location of the beach and proximity to other things we did. One of the couples had to move upstairs to the extra bed because they thought the front bedroom was a double and not queen but that all worked out fine. No complaints - we had a blast and loved Amelia Island.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, sightseeing.

The house was perfect! Clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and in a very ideal, safe location. Short drive to everything. The bikes were a plus! Loved having a private pool/hot tub. The neighborhood felt very safe and was perfect for strolling our daughter. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We hope to rent this property again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This property is spacious and comfortable and provides for all the amenities necessary to enjoy a relaxing stay. It was very clean and you can tell well kept so that you begin to enjoy the comfort from first arriving. We were very happy with our stay for the month of February. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions that we had. They also gave some suggestions of places of interest. We enjoyed touring the island and the Fernandina area is a must see. Actually we found the Fantastic Fudge shop and it is to die for. The listing that you see is exactly what you get. I don't think you would be disappointed if you stay here.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this beautiful property. We were three adult couples and 3 kids and we fit great in the home. The upstairs "loft" space was a perfect place to have the kids sleep while the adults enjoyed the downstairs with the bedrooms. Also nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The new pool/patio area was awesome and super convenient to have. Nice to have the pool at the house, the community pool (huge and gorgeous), and the option of a pool at the beach with a restaurant/bathrooms! The house is stocked with clean nice linens, and the kitchen has everything you need. I would recommend this place for sure. we had a wonderful mini break at Lori's well appointed house. Everything went off like clockwork . we implemented all the suggestions offered. We just returned from a lovely week at Amelia Island, and we were all very sad to leave! Our rental property was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable, just like it looks in the pictures. The gourmet kitchen had all the utensils and supplies we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. We also enjoyed eating out at Townies Pizza, Sliders Cafe, and Peppers Mexican restaurant, all nearby. The location of the home was quiet and secluded - we all slept so well! We were pleased to find beach toys, boogie boards, kites, etc. in the garage to help make our vacation even more enjoyable! Our biggest adventure was taking an EcoMotion tour around nearby Ft. Clinch on motorized segways, which was a blast! We enjoyed each day on the island, and staying in such a nice property really made coming home each night very relaxing. This property was easy to rent thanks to the owner's quick response time, and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Amelia Island.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I have heard so many wonderful things about Amelia Island, and the property was available so we took it. The pictures look lovely but in real life it's lovelier! The house is in a gated community and it was perfect. We spent all our days at the beach (just 5 minutes away) and the community pool. Very serene and picturesque. The rooms are decorated beautifully and it was great drinking our morning coffee out on the lanai. My husband enjoyed grilling out there as well. The weather was amazing this time of year. We want to thank Lori for a tremendous family vacation. The beach was AWESOME and we picked out some really great shells.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great week in this very clean and tidy condo. Everything was provided for our comfort. Loved that the linens all seemed to be new, and well matched. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The location was terrific for golfing and exploring the island. Lori was always available by phone for questions. We've been vacationing at Amelia Island for several years and this was by far the best accommodations we have experienced. Our party of 6 was very comfortable and your lovely home is definitely one that we will revist. The location is perfect, being close to the beach and the Ritz Carlton, especially for the price! There are superb restaurants nearby and one that is newly opened that we loved called Barzin was fantastic. Thanks for suggesting it. What a great place to spend our end-of-summer vacation. what an awesome place you have. We didn't want our vacation to end and leave such a spectacular place. Not only was your home nicely appointed and roomy - we absolutely loved the spa like pool . Location was also ideal. We had the beach, downtown, Ritz, golf and restaurants minutes from your front door. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. My family and I have never been happier with our vacation at your place. The house is beautiful and appeared to be brand new. Well furnished, and the ergonomics are perfect. Everything was so convenient. Fantastic huge swimming pool, and a very short distance to the beach, which is world class. We could not have been more satisfied in every respect. Our group really loved our stay in your home. We liked your modern decor and it was extremely neat and clean. The loft upstairs worked out great for all the kids (we brought extra blow ups) and we had three couples downstairs. The location was perfect. The men enjoyed playing golf at Summer Beach as well as the Amelia River course. Both only 5 minutes away. We took full advantage of your Summer Beach club membership and really loved using the beach club with a great pool overlooking the ocean. Kids played tennis and I enjoyed the spa at both the Ritz Carlton and Amelia Island Plantation. We used the beautiful pool right there in your neighborhood and walked there each day. The town of Fernandina Beach is just lovely and full of so many wonderful restaurants and great shops. We can't wait to come back. We want to try the kayaking and horseback riding on the beach next time. Great value for the price and wonderful hosts. What a beautiful layout in this gorgeous home! Loved the kitchen, the master bath, the master bed, the rocking chair on the patio, the living room and the fireplace room! Lori was awesome to work with and the cleaning deposit got to me before I had everything unpacked! Collecting shells on the beach was so much fun and the short walk to the beautiful pool was relaxing. Great location, convenient to everything! This is the only place to stay in Amelia!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
