We have personally furnished our home and have selected quality, comfortable furnishings that will allow you to relax and enjoy our home as if it were yours. The kitchen is fully equiped and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony that overlooks the pool and the ocean has a table for 4, a lounge chair for 2, and a jacuzzi. When you send a request we will send you detailed information on our condo, Paradise Village facilities, furnishings inventory, and how to book reservationas and make payments. If requested we can also send more photos and comments from guests who have stayed in our condo.
Our high season rate is less than 45% of what is charged at the hotel and our low season rate is less than 50%!

Year Purchased: 2004
Dave and Peetz Brouillette live just north of Boston (big Red Sox fans) so we only get to Mexico about once a year. It's something we look forward to every year! Our 2 boys Wiley (11) and Jesse (10) have been going with us every year. Jesse learned to swim in the pool at our condo and our boys know there way around Puerto Vallarta pretty well. We hope you get to enjoy our home away from home as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Paradise Village, Paradise Village Resort & Spa
We've been staying at Paradise Village since the hotel first opened in 1996. In fact we still own the time share we bought back then. We decided to buy this condo because of the quality, location, and amenities, that Playa Royale offers. We continue to travel Mexico and we have never found anything quite as comfortable as our building in Playa Royale. Th staff is friendly and very helpful. It is really like home to us.
