About the owner: We love South Lake and enjoy sharing the experience of our family home with travelers. We work as professionals in the IT industry and enjoy vacationing with our family, friends and dogs. We love cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking & sailing.
Why the Owner Chose Montgomery Estates:
We chose this location because of the direct forest access for our outdoor actvities, its short commute to our primary residence in El Dorado Hills, CA and its proximity to town and to the Lake.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Getting away from the office and other commitments is what it's all about. Recharging our batteries while exercising and playing with our kids and dogs in the forest and lake. Winding down on the back deck at night with the BBQ or starting up with breakfast on the back deck is so relaxing because of the forset sights, sounds and smells.
