  The unit has been updated and is nicely equipped with everything needed for you to enjoy your stay. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool for the time of year we were there. We also recommend the pizza place across the street for good food at a good price.

  The condo was great ---- the wi-fi NEVER worked. We had to walk to the McDonald's every morning for my husband to check his work emails. My two teenagers could not connect to wi-fi, so they went over on their phone plans costing me an additional $40. We spoke with the manager in the office 2 mornings. He said he would address the problem, but we never heard from him. We will come back to stay again, but we will be prepared to deal with no wi-fi. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were clean---the master bath faucet dripped. The unit was quiet. We walked nearly everywhere we went except when we went hiking. The pictures accurately depicted the condo.

  Just returned from the stay in Unit 405 and the condo was AWESOME. So much room for four people and it was neat and clean. It was so simple to rent from the owner with no problems whatsoever. The condo is located within walking distance to everything and again is a great place to stay. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again.

  Condo is in excellant location, walk to all the shops resturants so forth. Condo is in good shape. Condo is up to date with deco.

  Location is great! We love to get out and walk in Gatlinburg at night-this location is ideal. Condo was very clean, king bed in master was VERY comfortable. Kitchen felt a little small when more than two tried to get in there at one time, but it is fine for what you need on vacation. Will stay again.

  This room was definitely worth booking and was very comfortable!! When booking this room, I was a little skeptical due to the fact that the building was older. However, The owner was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the property even before we committed. I found that wonderful!! It eased any concerns I had. The condo was very easy to find. Directions were easy and expectations for our stay from the owner were very easy to follow. When opening the door, the room was very inviting. The decor was warm and well done. The photos definitely represent what you find inside. The property was clean and well maintained. I would also recommend this room to anyone who is looking for a room with an indoor pool. Although, we didn't get to use it, it looked well maintained. The property was located next door to Ober Gatlinburg which was wonderful. It was a short walk to great restaurants. I have two small children and they also fit in perfectly and could walk easily without getting too tired. That made my day!! Bennett's Barbecue was great. TGIFridays was awesome. Both within a few steps. I loved being on the back street, but close enough to the main strip. The beds were comfortable. The pullout sofa was a little uncomfortable, but most are. There was no balcony which I like, but I knew that before I booked so I was expecting that. Overall I was very satisfied with our stay. I would stay there again. I did look for measuring cups in the room, that I couldn't find, but other than that everything else I needed was there. Thank you for a great stay! I look forward to coming back.

  We decided at the last min. to make the trip for my birthday (called on Thur. arrived on Fri.) We usually stay in a cabin but wanted to be downtown luckily the owner was able to accomidate us. We loved the condo it was extremely nice and exceptionally clean...we loved being able to walk downtown and be so close to everything. The kids (and us) enjoyed the pools and hot tub! Thank you so much for the quick responses and easy transaction!

  My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for Memorial Weekend. It was very clean and well appointed. We could easily walk to all the places in Gatlinburg, which was great! After a busy day the comfy beds welcomed us and it was very restful, giving us lots of energy to hike the National Park the next day. The owners were super to work with too!

  We stayed 4 nights in unit 405, The owner was great to deal with, the condo was roomy and clean, and my three grandboys loved the pools!! The location was perfect. Do eat at the bbq place next door. Again the owner alone sold the place. Easiest transaction in renting a place that I have ever had.I do wish it had a privite balcony though.
