Bedrooms:
The master bedroom suite has a king bed, flat screen TV and adjacent master bath with shower; master suite has access to the private deck. The den has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Large central bath has tub and shower.
The living room sofa also pulls out to a sleeper.
Bedding, towels, soap, shampoo and similar amenities are provided. This unit also has a washer/dryer.
Kitchen/Dining and Living areas:
The kitchen opens to the living/dining room and is equipped with full size refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher, all new appliances in 2012; tableware, pots, pans and utensils are also provided. The living room has a gas fireplace and all new furnishings, including a media center that is stocked with 50+ DVD movies – from old favorites to new releases.
If you need to stay plugged-in even on vacation, you can do it here. Broadband or free Wi-Fi and cable will keep you as connected as you wish to be. A sauna is on the premises, offering year-round relaxation and the fitness room means you don’t have to miss a workout, unless you want to.
No pets and no smoking allowed in this resort property. Two day stay minimum stay required on weekends from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

If your recreational interests tend more to vineyard tours and exploring interesting shops, the drive around Lake Pepin fits the bill. Grandparents: don't miss Lark Toys, a GREAT toy shop located in Kellogg, south of Lake City.

This place is FABULOUS!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I ned a restful time--and this was absolutely perfect! The views from my "apartment" were lovely. and it was SOOO convenient having a full restaurant down the hall. I didn't have to go outside at all. And I didn't for two days. There are plenty of restaurant options in the Lake City area. Don't miss the eagles in Waubesha. Though I saw several sitting on the sofa in Lake City. I will be back!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Thank you so much for the wonderful place to stay. Four of us girls used this weekend as a retreat and were able to get away from the stress of work and college studies. The condo is beautiful and so welcoming, we felt so at home. The fireplace was definitely one of the most appreciated additions to our weekend! We hope to make this trip annually and hopefully we will return to the Dueholm Villa again. Thank you for a place where we made some unforgettable memories.Did you find this review helpful? We traveled about 300mil to get here from the southeast corner of Wisconsin. This condo has exceeded our expectations and we are enjoying exploring Lake Pepin.
