Great space for multiple families

We enjoyed the stay overall. Our room was very clean and worked perfectly for our two families of 4 with children ages 4 months - 3 years old. We booked this property for the splash pad for the kids. Unfortunately, the first two days of our stay, it was closed for maintenance. When the splash pad opened, the pool was closed for the next two days for maintenance. Very frustrating to pay that kind of money and not be able to use the amenities. Overall, our specific room was a great fit for our families.

Overall it was a nice stay.

Pros: The condo was very spacious, plenty or room for our family of 10 without feeling cramped all. The pool, pool bar and splashpad were great and exactly how described. Cons: Biggest complaint....is that the condo needs a deep clean! If this were my rental property i would fire the housekeeping service in a heartbeat! After being there for a couple hours without shoes all of our feet were black. All kitchen cabinets and baseboards need a good deep cleaning. In the listing for the condo there is a picture of the "state of the art fitness center" and it even mentions it in the listing however unless you have a memberhip for this fitness center you will not be able to use it and im not sure how one would go about obtaining a one week memberhsip. The TV in the living room did not have a remote so we had to steal the one out of the bonus room to make the tv work in the living room but when changing the channel in the living room the channel in the bonus room would change as well. Also there is not a smart tv in either master suite. The kitchen was spacious but not stocked very well. There was litreally only ONE 8" fry pan so making breakfast for a family of 10 was pretty tricky. Overall my family did enjoy our stay. I did feel however that there were a few things that do need attention. If he things mentioned above were addressed we would definitely consider staying here again.
