Spacious, two bedroom/ two bath; sleeps five to eight.

Park your car in the underground heated garage then take an elevator to the first floor. Enter a spacious renovated condo, get settled in to start enjoying the local activities or just put your feet up to relax in front of a wood-burning fireplace or sit on a private deck to take in the fresh mountain air.

This condo is in a GREAT LOCATION:
- Main Street (downtown) is one block away – approximately a 4 minute walk
- One block from the Quicksilver Superchair – approximately a 4 minute walk
- At the bottom of the four O’Clock ski run – approximately a 4 minute walk
- A brisk walk to the Snowflake Chair
- Ski/Bike rentals are across the street
- FREE transit stop right in front of the unit to take you around the town of Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain

The complex has hot tubs, sauna, elevator, underground parking garage and access to year-round outdoor pool nearby that has been recently renovated that has showers, lockers and changing areas.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open making the unit very spacious. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top. Washer and dryer in unit.
