This beautiful lakefront home is in a quiet, safe, family-oriented, residential suburb of Orlando. It is one level living with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, pool with lanai, 2 car garage, and boat house with a boat lift.
Water skiing, WakeBoarding, and water sports are allowed on the lake.
We are 15 - 20 minutes from the Theme Parks: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc. and 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. There are also plenty of local golf courses, and Disney has some of the best golf courses in the world.
Local shopping and restaurants are within 2 miles of the property.It is truly a very convenient location!
The quaint, charming town of Winter Garden has Mom & Pop shops along the well known Winter Garden Bike Trail. Bikes are available for rent along the trail. Every Saturday Winter Garden hosts a Farmers Market with lots of local produce and home baked goodies.
The house is very comfortable. 1 level living with 10 ' ceilings creates a light and airy Florida atmosphere.

We stayed in this comfortable, well-maintained house for two months. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly, filled with young families and dog-walkers. The location provides privacy, a beautiful lake view, close-by shopping and restaurants and access to all the Orlando attractions. We would highly recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

Everything was wonderful - location, furnishings, neighborhood, spaciousness, cleanliness. I enjoy traveling with my two small dogs. And it is rare to find such a nice place that allows pets. The neighborhood provided a wonderful place to walk the dogs, and the neighbors were all very friendly. The Winter Garden Village is just down the street where there are very nice shops and restaurants. And the immediate accessibility to the tollway provided quick access to points beyond.Owner response: Janet, Wow! Thanks so much for taking the time to provide such a great response. Why the Owner Chose Winter Garden:
As a competitive water skier we had been vacationing in this area for several years. we enjoyed it so much we decided to purchase a second home here. We enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping and entertainment while being in the capital of waterskiing Orlando. We walk outside our door and right to the boat house and ski!
This is a quiet residential area, but the excitement and fantasy world of the Theme Parks are close by.
Orlando is a wonderful town with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy living!
