Seaside is one of the newest oceanfront properties in No Myrtle Beach. On top of that new owner has just completed a major remodel of the condo, new furniture, new carpet, new paint, baseboard, its all new in 2012... It is located in the Crescent section of the beach. This particular section caters to families in a quiet, less crowded section of the beach. The property is a smaller, boutique style property, with every amenity that you can imagine, from lazy river, to state of the art exercise facilities, kiddee pool, indoor as well as outdoor pools, property offers wi-fi, serves breakfast daily (for a fee). Our unit is the best layout on the property and along with one other oceanfront 3BR that we manage on the 14th Floor unit 1403, it too has been totally redone with amazing upgrades, both are directly oceanfront... it is also an end unit, with a fabulous row of windows that look down the beach. Unit is lovingly cleaned by Eloree and she is available 24/7 for any cleaning issues. The rates we offer are considerably lower than those offered onsite and the unit is head and shoulders above the avererage unit at Seaside! and we can provide any services that you would like to have.
