  Stunning view, balcony is soaring above the ocean. Zahatiel is best host making himself available 24 hours for any kind of help; it feels as if you are the part of his family. Apartment is quite unpretentious, but has everything needed to make your stay comfortable: fully equipped kitchen with good stove, several sets of linens, a lot of towels, beach umbrella and so on.

  My girl friends and i stayed @ this condo for seven days.First thing that impressed me was that the owner was willing to pick us @ the airport and bring us to the condo.The condo was nice and clean.Very secure place.The views are tremendous.A few steps to the beach and clear water.The condo had everything,plenty of towels.bedding,Chairs for the beach,coolers and many other things.The first day there we loss power due to a broken transformer nearby.There were plenty of candles so we made the best of the situation and with drinks and music we were good.The owner check on us a few times to let us know that the situation was taken care of.A few hours later we got the power back.Location...location...location,near everything,restaurants,night life,casino and etc..etc.We felt secure walking to the nearby places.We took a bus to THE OLD SAN JUAN for 75 cents the ride...what a bargain!!!.My friends and I enjoyed our vacation very much....and recommend this place to anybody.If like dancing make sure go to EL SAN JUAN HOTEL.Very lively there. The condo was just like the pictures show.We already planning to go back next year....

  We stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Right between 2 beautiful beaches right from the complex. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We were able to walk to resturants and casinos. The neighbors were friendly and helpful as well as the owner. He picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the area before taking us to the condo complex. He even offered to take us grocery shopping so we could have coffee and breakfast in the morning. It is out of San Juan Proper but was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The condo was clean and properly maintianed with everything we needed. We have no complaints and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

  My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to find this condo on relatively short notice. Staying here was the highlight of our trip. Zahatiel was great about returning my calls and emails, and Annie (his sister) was available every time we called. The apartment has a beautiful view and there are not that many beach goers in this area during the week. From here we completed two day trips; one to El Yunque (about 50 minutes away) and another to Las Cavernas del Rio Camuy (about an hour and a half). Also, Old San Juan is just a 10 minute drive. We drove there mid-afternoon during the week that we stayed here and there was practically NO traffic! The apartment was clean and had lots of towels and bedding to choose from. The shower was hot and had good pressure. There were condiments int eh kitchen to get you started if you wanted to cook. We ate our breakfast on the balcony every morning! The view was wonderful! Also, the apartment was pretty quiet. I loved how safe it felt, with the beeper for the garage entrance and the keys for the elevator and all of the different doors. We hope to return again!

  My two daughters (ages 18 and 20 years old) stayed here for 10 days and it was perfect! It looked out right over the beach so you could listen to the waves at night and enjoy some great breezes (just be sure you secure the front door open or the force of the wind will slam it shut hard!) EVERYTHING was in the apartment- spices, snacks, beach chairs and towels and coolers- it made it very easy to buy breakfast and lunch groceries and eat in for those meals or snacks. (Food is much more expensive than I anticipated it would be in Puerto Rico). It was walking distance to a Walgreens (very big in Puerto Rico), major hotels and casinos, and a grocery store. We rented a car and having a designated parking space in the garage was a huge plus as parking (like driving) can be a bit of nightmare. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the realization that the pull out sofa had a thin mattress you could easily feel the metal coils through and so, was really not usable by anyone. Fortunately, there was an air mattress in the apartment and with some added padding form comforters in the closet, it was really comfortable for sleeping. Without it this would really be a place with adequate sleeping for 2 and no more. But the view, location, and the willingness of Annie to pick us up and take us to the airport (taxis are also pretty poricey!) were simply awesome. Myg irls and I loved it and would be happy to stay here again!

  This was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Rico. M Zahatiel's sister Annie took great care of us, picking us up from the airport the first day and even taking us grocery shopping after a quick orientation of the aparment and the area. She also brought us back to the airport for our departing flight. We had an amazing uninterrupted ocean view from both the balcony and the bedroom. The apartment was impeccably clean and outfitted with the necessary amenities in the kitchen: basic cookware, dishes, refridgerator, coffeemaker, paper goods; a nice big fan in the living room, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, a AC unit in the bedroom. No internet, so we used the internet at Piu Bello, a nearby care and ice cream parlor. We ate every meal on the balcony, overlooking the waves. The apartment is directly on the beach, and even has its own little stretch that is virtually private. There is a grocery store, Pueblo, about a 15 min walk from the apartment. We used the aparment extensively and spent most of our time on the beach . We also found it very convenient to get to Old San Juan (take the T5 bus from the stop right near Piu Bello restaurant) and El Yunque (we rented a car from Enterprise at the Ritz-Carlton, reserve online for MUCH cheaper rates) and the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo. So much better than staying in a hotel. We loved staying at this apartment and will recommend it to any of our friends bound for San Juan.

  What a spectacular view!!!! The apartment was exactly what we expected and more. The moment that we were met at the airport by Zahatiel's sister Annie, we knew we picked the right place. Annie gave us such great advise about all the great places to see and eat, she also drove us to the supermarket Pueblo. When we arrived to the apartment we were blown away by the spectacular ocean view. The apartment has so much of everything, from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, soap, toilet paper, body lotion, beach towels, bath towels, pots, pans, plates, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee filters, food condiments and spices.. It was just so awesome to not have to think about anything and just relax.. The day we arrived we met our next door neighbor Paul, what a sweet gentleman. He gave us more restaurant information and local things to do. He was very kind. The evening we were ready to take a shower we realized the shower head was clogged and had very low pressure, we text the owner and he immediately responded he would bring a new on the next day. The next day we had a brand new shower head and good pressure. Yay and thanks to Zahatiel who also is such a kind man and let us know if there was anything else to let him know. Our experience over all was beyond excellent! We are already considering coming back next year. Restaurant choices are within walking distance our favorite was La Playita just a few buildings from the apartment, incredible food! Delicious... Spice and Platos were good food and walking distance. So if your considering a great experience this is the one!

  Zahatiel was an extremely nice family man. He transported us to/from the airport even though the time of our flights were very late. He took the time to show us around the area to make us feel comfortable. He was even so kind as to bring us a few breakfast groceries because we arrived so late. He was responsive to my inquiries both before our stay and while we were there. When I called him for his help, he answered immediately and arrived with a smile within 20 minutes. The apartment was just as pictured: clean and practical. The views were awesome. We slept every night with the windows open and to the sound of waves crashing. There was a wonderful breeze the whole time. The apartment has soap, toilet paper, towels, sheets, condiments, beach chairs, etc. The beach is just a few steps away. And right down the street you can access the drug store, bus, restaurants, car rental, etc. We were very comfortable. Visiting Puerto Rico was one of our favorite vacations to date. In addition to lounging on the beaches, be sure to play in the waterfalls of the rain forest, go night kayaking on the bioluminescent bay, try a segway tour in Old San Juan, and take a snorkel trip out of Fajardo, to name just a few. What a great combination of relaxation and adventure. We loved it and will be sure to recommend this property to our friends on a budget!

  My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for about a week and found it to be so much more than we expected! The apartment is very spacious, clean and just overall perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices in the cabinets and condiments in the fridge! Definitely saved us some money there! The bedroom was wonderful and it even has a walk in closet which I loved. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and the breeze was spectacular. It is in a very nice neighborhood which is incredibly close to restaurants, stores and bus stops. I loved that we had direct access to the beach and it was never crowded! It was almost as if we had our own private beach. The owner was very nice and incredibly accommodating, couldn't have asked for anyone better. Overall, we had an incredible stay in this beautiful apartment and we'll definitely be returning!
