  This condo was great from start to finish. Beautiful view of the Gulf and the pool from the balcony. Plenty of space for 2 adults and our 11 yr old. Weather was wonderful the whole time we were there even with a late storm one evening that was gone by the next morning. Close to everything you could want. Full Kitchen so could save some money on meals etc. Walmart Supercenter within walking distance. Also close to shopping and attractions. Would love to stay again

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  The condo was perfect. The gated parking gave a sense of security. The location was great. It was fun to walk next door to Pineapple Willey's and have a drink watching the sunset. The pools and views were great. The condo was clean and neat.

  I was very happy with my accomodations at the penthouse on the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated and spacious with a beautiful view. The bedroom was cozy with a comfortable bed and the kitchen was equipped with most anything you would need. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with and very understanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice vacation in PCB. I will definitely be renting from the owners again in the near future.

  When we arrived the weather was not coroperating to get a tan, but the beach was beautiful to walk. The penthouse property was spacious and clean. It looked like it was newly remodeled. The view was great! Conviently located near restaurants,clubs and Walmart for forgotten items. I would deffinatelly stay there again.

  Owner response: The condo is newly remodeled. There are new granite countertops and sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, new dishwasher and microwave, and new tile in the bedroom. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

  This was a clean, wonderful condo unit. It is right on the beach and in the middle of everything. There are many acitivies, restaurants, and store nearby. We will stay again.

  My wife and I along with another couple stayed a week at this location. We had an amazing time! It was a great location, right on the beach, and was very clean. The owners were awesome to deal with, and we will definitely stay again!

  Loved the condo. The location was great and within walking distance to many places to eat and Walmart. We had a great view of the ocean, beach and pool. The owners were very nice, accomodating are our stay was simply great! We will definately rent again. *The Robersons

  This is our first time staying at the Sunbird and we had a wonderful time. The description and photos of this room are on the money. The view from the balcony is good you see the beach as well as a distant view of the strip. We found the owners to be very honest on any questions we had. We would recommend this room without any reservations. You will find this unit has plenty of room even with the murphy bed down. The location is good your close to the strip and wal-mart is walking distance.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
