You will have the opportunity to stay in a tremendous 2,200 square foot, four bedroom and two bathroom home on 100 feet of primary waterfront with beautiful panoramic views of Deer Lake and the surrounding mountains. There is a wonderful view of the lake from every room, except the bathrooms. With the triple-car heated garage there is plenty of room for covered parking. Approximately 20% of the home hangs over the water and so fishing from the sundeck or covered porch is as easy as dropping your line in the water; or walk just six steps out onto the EZ dock. A variety of fish abound at Deer Lake; Rainbow, Silvers, Bass, and Mackinaw. While you’re outside playing, watch for the Eagles and Osprey as they make an appearance frequently here. If you're lucky you can also see the occasional moose and frequently there are deer and turkey.
Three bedrooms feature queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a twin bed. For the winter months or chilly spring/fall nights, there is a propane fireplace in the living room and an electric fireplace in the sun room to cozy up the rooms! A storage shed in the fenced backyard provides extra storage for bikes, fishing equipment, etc., but also has a radio connected to exterior speakers to enjoy music while you’re playing outdoors. There is a 32 inch HD flat screen television set with a DVD player for your enjoyment.

We can't thank you enough for allowing us to rent your wonderful home. The weather was stellar which made for a great week on the water. The abundance of fish kept us hoping on the dock as well as the visits by local Loons and a turtle. Great layout in the house and polite neighbors made this house a great choice. I would highly recommend this property to all. We will surely make this house our first choice on our next visit.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

June through September $220.00/Night (3 night minimum) $1,320.00/Week October through May $165.00/Night (3 night minimum) $ 990.00/Week A $100.00 dollar cleaning fee is required with your registration. A $300.00 refundable security deposit is required when you register. If you need to cancel your reservation 35 days notice is required or the deposit is forfeited. Discounts on rent when you schedule multiple weeks. $3,200 to $3,800 per Month.

We purchased this home in 2001 and lived there for nine years. We still live on Deer Lake and because we love it here so much we decided to share it with others. We are SCUBA divers and love the clear, clean water.
