1510 Deer Point Villas has an open living room/dining room with cathedral ceilings with a wall of picture windows looking out onto the marsh! Watch the wildlife in your own backyard. The living room features plenty of seating for everyone to relax after a day at the beach. TV/DVD and wifi are available for your use. The dining room has a table for six for family dining or a board game at the end of the day.The kitchen is fully stocked for your use. There is another table in the kitchen for eating too. Off the kitchen is the screened in porch with table for six. A full size washer/dryer is in the villa for your use.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom with walk in shower. There are sliding glass doors from the master bedroom leading to a deck. Upstairs the second bedroom has a queen size bed with sliding glass doors leading to a deck with a view of the marsh. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination for these bedrooms to share.
Bring your dog to Seabrook too! 1510 Deer Pointe is pet friendly.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center, are included in the rent.
