You won't ever want to leave! Gorgeous views of Private Wells Lake and the surrounding mountains from upper and lower decks. Cleared steep trails get you through the 20 foot tall rhododendron canopy that hugs the bank of the lake and leads you to the Zen-like shaded open area where the MOUNTAIN STREAM MEETS THE LAKE. There is a old footbridge there along with a picnic table and it is a great spot to de-stress and get your feet wet enjoying the sound of the babbling brook.

COMPLIMENTARY CANOE to enjoy the lake. FLOATING DOCK to fish from or take in the SPECTACULAR SUNSETS over the mountains. Community dock for swimming & cannonballs.

This fully decked out NON SMOKING home leaves nothing out for the experienced traveler. There are four bedrooms and an additional sleeping room in this recently renovated home. Local phone service is provided (please bring a calling card or cell phone for long distance needs).

The MAIN FLOOR has a family room with T.V. and DVD/VCR along with a card table and three recliners and a wall of shelves holding books, magazines, games, kids toys and a stereo system. The kitchen boasts a flat top range, convection microwave, 20 quart roaster and toaster oven along with a dishwasher, double sink and refrigerator with ice maker. There is a Formal Dining Room with wainscoting and lace curtains.

The SUN PORCH W/ two Skylights overlooks the backyard with enormous fire-pit and leads to the whole back of the house lower deck overlooking the lake. The lower deck is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs along with 4 adirondack chairs and two tables. All decks have protective slats so that even small children can use them. The main floor ALSO has a ping pong table, an old pipe organ and a 1/2 bath.

The sleeping arrangements allow two families to share the house with privacy for both.

The LOWER LEVEL has three bedrooms (one with a Queen, and two with bunk beds(full down and twin up)the lower part of the bunk can be converted to a sofa sitting area. Each bedroom has it's own dresser and closet and two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the lower deck. There is a full bath on this level.

The fantastic UPPER LEVEL starts off with an awesome living room done in heart of pine paneling with a ROCK FIREPLACE and sliding glass door to the upper deck. There are two 55 gallon fishtanks decorated with sand and shells. The HUGE master suite is enormous and contains a full Rustic Hewn Wood bedroom set with SUPER KING pillow top bed, stone fireplace and access to the upper deck via the sliding glass doors.

The master bath is four steps up from the master bedroom and contains double sinks and a gigantic JACUZZI and full bath. There is an infant pack and play (a sleeper/play yard), a highchair, and a gate to block the stairs for those with infants or toddlers. There is a fax machine for the business traveler that just can't get away.

This room also has a twin bunk bed and a large closet.This floor has a huge deck accessible through sliding glass doors from the living room and master suite. This deck has 4 Adirondack chairs and two tables and fantabulous views that will TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY!

The lowest level houses the POOL TABLE in one room and the EXERCISE EQUIPMENT (rowing machine, treadmill and weight set) in the other.
