  We stayed here for two wonderful weeks in April. This is a superb apartment with beautiful views of the Arno, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and the Duomo. You can also admire the beautiful Tuscan hills that surround the city from the spacious windows. The apartment is filled with light, very clean and has all the amenities of home---the kitchen is well equipped. We particularly appreciated its close proximity to central Florence and the train station. A variety of shops and restaurants are in the area and a great food market is just a block away - you can buy what you need for a great Tuscan dinner there. Rachel was very helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay. We have recommended the apartment to friends who also enjoyed it immensely. We truly look forward to our next stay!

  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Costa dei Magnoli apartment. It was bright inside even when it was raining outside. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was large and well equipped enough that we prepared most of our evening meals at the apartment. The residents of the building were very nice and welcoming when we encountered them in the lobby or on the street. We've rented many apartments in Italy over the years and Costa dei Magnoli is most certainly at the top of our list. We would be happy to stay there again.

  Not only is this apartment in a perfect location for walking and watching the view of the Arno, it is bright, spacious and very clean. Rachel had provided some unexpected personal touches like soap and lotion and responded promptly to our only question.

  My 3 girlfriends and I were delighted when we saw the apartment we rented from Rachel in Florence! This apartment is just beautiful as are the views and the location is excellent! I would love to go back to Florence some day and I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. My friends and I, all in our 50's, highly recommend this wonderful apartment. You will not regret staying here!!!

  Rachel was punctual, helpful, attentive, and very nice. The apartment was exactly what we expected. Busy, but beautiful and very convenient. In general I would recommend the Oltoarno, and specifically recommend this place as a good value.

  This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location is convenient to everything - we walked everywhere, even to and from SMN Train station with luggage! There is a good grocery store a block away, the Golden View coffee shop and bar across from the grocery is delicious and the gelateria below the apartment on the Arno side is excellent. The view was wonderful of the activity on the Arno, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizzi and domes beyond, even the countryside north of town. Having an elevator made it easy. The rooms are very generous in size and the apartment is well equiped for meal preparation, laundry and relaxation. It was clean and well maintained. Rachel was there to meet us and always available for her expertise on the apartment and Florence. I will recommend this apartment to friends and stay there again!!

  Our stay in Firenze was superb in this villa apartment. The views of the Ponte Vechio and Arno river are breathtaking and the location to exceptional restaurants and rich historical materpieces in Florence is ideal. It looks beyond the Arno to the Uffizi gallery and is only blocks from the Medici Palace and Boboli Gardens. Lovely neighborhood, Immaculate, spacious and full of light - we couldn't recommend it more highly!

  Apartment was just perfect. As advertised, a stunning view over the Arno River directly across from the Ufizzi Gallery. I already miss the view of the Ponte Vecchia each morning as I enjoyed my coffee. Everything from gourmet dinner to am pastries all within a block of the apartment. Really made our Florence visit even more special.

  Owner response: The panoramic view makes this apt very special and allows for alot of bright daylight in the apt. A great grocery store (Italian style Whole Foods Grocery store) is just 1 block away,for great grocery products and all the rest!Golden View Bar has all the pastery goods a perosn might desire!

  My wife, grown daughter, and I spent about 10 days in this apartment in late December 2011. It was wonderful in every respect -- centrally located but quiet at night, with all modern amenities, and a spectacular view across the Arno to the Ufizzi, Santa Croce, and Palazzo Vecchio. Everything is within walking distance, and all kinds of shops and restaurants are nearby. We were completely satisfied. It is not cheap but less than ten nights in a good hotel and far more pleasant to stay in. The photos in the listing actually don't do it justice as they make it seem dark but it gets marvelous light all day.

  Costa de Magnoli is an incredible location; directly across the Arno from the Uffizi with incredible views of the bucolic Tuscan landscape. Easy walking distance to all of the desirable locations, such as churches, museums, trattorias, shops, Ponte Vecchio, and other activities. within Firenze as well as great access to the train station and local buses. Definitely a five-star apartment. You won't want to leave. Rachel is just perfect; she is a wonderful person who makes the stay in Firenze easy and efficient. She looks out for the needs of each of her customers. She is the best She is better than a five-star owner!
