This two bedroom, two bath, luxury, top-floor Condominium in New Smyrna Beach has a magnificent, direct, unobstructed, oceanfront view on the non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach. The ocean is the last thing you hear when you go to sleep at night and the first thing you see in the morning. Remember how deeply you slept when you were eight years-old, and how refreshed you were when you awakened? That's how you're going to feel - there's something about the ocean that helps you reach those deep zzzz's. John F. Kennedy said, "The reason we love the ocean so much is because it is from whence we came." Well maybe....
The private balcony doubles as an observatory to look at spectacular sunrises, see the dolphins play, examine the pelicans as they sail by, and, if you're lucky, watch a sea turtle. In the morning you may want to jog or walk on the world's cleanest beach or swim in the pristine oceanfront heated pool. Reserve the afternoon for a walk down to the quaint, quiet, and charming shopping area or rent a bike and ride along one of the most marvelous and safest beaches in Florida. The evening is correctly spent on the balcony reading a good book while drinking fine wine, and feeling the warm soft sea breeze as dusk slips to dark.
As I have, you too will fall in love with this charming, quiet, quaint community that has the flavor of "old Florida" and offers something for all ages. Children love the white sand and blue surf while playing or boogie boarding on the safe "non-driving" beach. Golfers don't forget to bring your clubs! There are many outstanding and affordable golf courses in the area. Beachside Bicycle and Kayak rents both bikes and kayaks. The guys at Beachside Bicycle will deliver and pick up a kayak to your condo. Kayaking is a blast, and I highly recommend it. Also, New Smyrna has a plethora of fine dining establishments, many of which have been rated the best in Central Florida.
