Beautiful, clean 1600 sq ft home with very quiet and peaceful surroundings located at the end of a dead-end street in the upscale neighborhood, The Highlands, which is a sub-division of Desert Foothill Estates. The Highlands is a well-secured, gated community perfect for walking. Single story, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Open floor plan with beautiful casino and mountain views.
The fully stocked kitchen has dishes, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker), full size refrigerator, mini refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The spacious indoor laundry room is right off the kitchen and has a full size washer and dryer. Kitchen opens to the living room with a couch and love seat to view your favorite shows or enjoy the beautiful casino lights through the sliding glass door. 42” LCD TV, DVD, and stereo system for your use.
Spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, TV/DVD, and dresser. Master bath with garden tub/shower combo, double sinks, separate toilet room, and large walk-in closet.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. Third bedroom has a futon that converts into a full size bed and a desk. The den area has a ping pong table for your entertainment.
Our house has been recently painted, has new carpet and tile, and our furniture/furnishings/kitchen utensils/linens are in good condition and always kept very clean. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Backyard is fenced and is almost completely cement with propane grill and patio set. Front yard is beautifully landscaped with desert plants/trees. Our boat is currently stored on the side of the house and would like to keep it there during the winter, but that is negotiable. Our community offers RV/Boat Storage for an extra fee if you are interested.
Utilities included: electric, gas, satellite TV, sewer, trash, and water. Owner pays $200 toward electric, gas, and water. Tenants are responsible for any amount beyond that.
Pets: small dogs are ok. No cats.
This home is located off the Bullhead City Parkway and less than five minutes from the Laughlin Casinos, Colorado River, Lake Mohave, and the Bullhead City Airport. We are close to fishing, golfing, and boating. There are shopping centers, restaurants, churches, bowling, movie theaters, a day spa, and museums nearby.
Only an hour and 15 minutes to Las Vegas. Approximately three hours from Grand Canyon National Park and 45 minutes from Hoover Dam and London Bridge in Lake Havasu.
We use our home during the summer for vacation and hope that we can provide you with a great experience during the winter. Our home is in an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood and we have very friendly and courteous neighbors. You will have a great winter enjoying our home and all that Bullhead City/Laughlin has to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Bullhead City:
We bought our home because we enjoy spending time on the river during the summer. We also like being so close to Laughlin, which is nice if we want to go to a nice dinner or gamble. We fell in love with this house because of the location and great casino views, especially at night. The community is in the hills and the neighborhood is extremely quiet, which is a nice change for us.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy the peacefulness of the community. The neighborhood is great for walking. The neighbors are all very friendly. What we have enjoyed most is just sitting out on our patio enjoying the view.
