We know you will love your front court yard, with your red bistro set over looking your beautiful landscaped yard. We recently painted your driveway and garage. The openness of the living and hearth room is a relaxing place to watch your fifty inch television. Game table is ready for you to use. The sliding glass door opens into the Arizona room which has a Stanley pull out sofa to a queen bed and also in the room is a trundle bed which sleeps two and leads to your patio. You can enjoy the beautiful weather sitting in the outdoor patio set with six chairs. You also have your own personal grapefruit tree next to the patio.
The kitchen has everything you would need plus ice maker in refrigerator along with filtered water. It is yours to use and enjoy. The dining room can seat six people easily for your entertaining.
Master bedroom has King size number bed, end tables, chest of drawers, and desk for your computer needs. A wireless internet is provided for your internet connection. A separate dressing area is provided as part of the Master Bath.
Guest bedroom has queen size bed, chest of drawers, end tables and 22 inch TV for you to relax and fall asleep.
You have a washer and dryer for your use and plenty of storage in your two car garage.
All you need is your suitcase.

This rental home exceeded our expectations. The home was very comfotable, clean and well equipped. The Arizona room was perfect for relaxing and reading a book. Both front and back patios were great for watching the sun set with a glass of wine. The yard is desert landscaped with your own citrus tree. The neighbors were so nice and helpful. We miss them already. The location was great. We took many day trips to Sedona, Scottsdale and many more. Just minutes away in Surprise is the Royal's training camp. We returned home with autographs for our Grandsons. What a hit! We found some nice restaurants. Rosies was a favorite of ours. The owner Mary Joe was very nice and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. Thanks Mary Joe.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

About the owner: I had the best of both worlds. Stayed home for twenty years with my four children and enjoyed all the volunteer works. When the children got to high school I went to work for Waddell and Reed, a financial company here in Kansas City. After seven years I met my business partner and we had our own company for twenty plus years. We came to Phoenix every summer for an annual conference and fell in love with the area. Ken is retiring to Sun City West and I am staying on for a while working for the company we sold the business to in 2009. My husband and I have four children, all grown. Jamie Jo lives in Staten Island, NY. Debbie lives in Overland Park, KS. Jimmy is in Orlando, FL and Michael is in Tampa, FL. We have 8 grandchildren. I closed on this house August 3rd of 2011, and spent two weeks getting it ready for you. We came again for a long week end to get some patio furniture for you. Now have a set on courtyard and also on the back patio where you can look at your personal orange tree. This has been fun but also a lot of work. I hope you like your home, away from home. Just remember all you need to bring is your suitcase.

Why I purchased the Home
I had put an offer on another house and went to an estate sale at this house to see about some furniture. I fell in love with the house that was having the estate sale. The realtor had a flier so I called and made an appointment and signed papers at two. The seller came in at four and signed papers and we were on a plane back to Kansas City in a few hours.
We thought it was the perfect size. The neighborhood is beautiful. In a very short time I have met several neighbors. In fact, one invited us to dinner as he knew we were working very hard to get the yard, garage etc in order.
Safety features are phenomenal. The light switch in the entry way is set up so that if it is in a certain position, the front porch light and garage light will flash and the volunteer Posse that patrols the neighborhood will contact the sheriff's office to come and see if we need help. In addition to this safety feature, we have a small box on the front of the home that contains a key to the home that only the fire department can open. This allows them to enter the house in case of an emergency. This is perfect when we are not there.
After visiting the area every year for ten years we knew the people and they are very friendly and very helpful.
Weather is perfect, we like warm. We actually put the patio set together when it was 115 degrees. That was hot.
