  Excellent condo and location for a relaxing vacation with our young kids, age 3 and 1. I looked long and hard for a condo that was kid friendly and this condo met my expectations. There were bed rails, a high chair, pack n pay as well as tons of sand toys and best of all a bike carrier for two children. The condo was steps from the salt water pool and entrance to the beach. We actually saw a dolphin jumping in the waves from the condo window two mornings. The screened in porch was the perfect place to eat lunch and dry off after a day at the beach/pool. The island is very flat and perfect for bike rides to the playground or ice cream and coffee. We will definitely consider returning for future vacations.

  We had a wonderful stay on Sanibel. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have used. We enjoyed long days at the beach and pool. We could not have asked for anything else. The owner responded quickly with the few questions I sent over prior to arrival and the cleaner called in to check in on us towards the end of the week. The pictures on the site are accurate. The condo is right on the beach and there are sliding glass doors that span across the entire great room. Our children were 7 and 2, they both we very comfortable in the condo and loved the beach. The bikes were great to ride up to the ice cream shop and to the light house. We did not eat out much, mainly going to Jerry's and purchasing food. Sanibel is as quiet as you would like it to be - it was relaxing and a great way for us to connect as a family. I would recommend to my family and friends.

  We loved this condo! It was clean and well appointed with beautiful views! The resort was under construction but did not have any effect on our pool or beach area. Would definitely come back!

  After spending 25+ years staying at Sundial in an efficiency on the second floor of the I building, moving to this unit was a whole new ballgame. We parked right in front of our door, were just a few steps from the pool, and the lanai opened right out onto the grass/beach. The furnishings were lovely. Unit is well-maintained with a nice welcome package of essentials you don't always get from other owners. I so wish we had found time to use the bicycles (the week flew by). It was nice to not have to drag beach towels and noodles along with luggage. TVs all over the place! Washer/dryer combo even made us jealous. Actually made doing laundry on vacation kind of enjoyable. Wireless internet worked well. Received a call at the end of the week from the housekeeper and she could not have been more pleasant. Overall a great vacation at the perfect time of the year. I don't think there were 4 people staying in our building and the pool was never crowded. Weather was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you!

  Just back from another great stay at this wonderful condo. We already booked two weeks for next year! The condo is great. It has everything you need to enjoy Sanibel and the beautiful shell packed beach right in the backyard. This condo is big, two nice size bedrooms and two full baths and a great extra living room that has a murphy bed and sliding doors for privacy. The kitchen is big and roomy as is the living and dining room. The screened in room is an added bonus and it all overlooks the beach! We spent a lot of time this vacation in the pool also, which is clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to book this condo for your next vacation. If you like luxury and the beach this is it!

  We were just seconds from the water in a beautiful condo in the Sundial resort. It is an oversized two bedroom unit with a den that can also serve as a bedroom (there is a murphy bed). The condo was well appointed with lots of updates and everything you need for a great vacation (including two bicycles). A wonderful place to stay and great weather. Nothing could be better.

  We looked long and hard before selecting this unit as we had a 21-month-old on the trip and wanted to make sure we would not have to worry about child-related amenities. We were not disappointed! The unit had all of the key items we needed: a pack'n play; high chair; and plentiful beach toys. The other pluses that we did not realize until we got there: it's a ground floor unit, which makes it easy to get in and out with a small child and/or groceries; you can step out of your lanai and go directly on to the beach (we could rinse our little girl off before taking her back in, leaving most of the sand inside), and you're two doors down from the pool. The owners were also quite accommodating. As listed, there were two bikes in the storage area. Since we have a small child, we were looking to rent a trailer. When we inquired about where to do so, the owners arranged for a children's trailer free of charge! (Make sure to bring a helmet for your child.) It was wonderful to be able to all go for a ride together - the entire island is covered with bike paths, and there is a wonderful large playground about a 20 minute ride away that we visited a couple of times. The master bedroom was perfect and spacious, and our parents used the den with the murphy bed. Being able to eat breakfast on the patio while watching the sunrise was quite a treat! While on the island we visited the Ding Darling wildlife refuge, the lighthouse, and a couple other beaches, as well as a number of locations in the main town area. But mostly we enjoyed the wonderful beach right outside our door! We truly enjoyed all aspects of our stay and plan to return to this location/unit in the future.

  My family and I stayed here in October of 2012. We have been coming to Sanibel for over 20 years and have stayed at many different places. We agreed that this was our favorite condo and would definiteley stay again! The condo was very big with an extra living room area that worked well for my husband to use as a makeshift "office" to set up the computer etc...( although not much work was done thankfully ;) The master bedroom was also spacious, large enough to do a workout dvd! It was convenient with the washer & dryer in the master as well. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated ( updated kitchen ) and very well stocked with everything you might need ! The storage closet even had beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, noodles fo the pool, beach toys for the kids and 2 adult bikes. We saved a ton not having to buy these things as we normally would. The view of the ocean was wonderful and would could just walk out our back door and be steps away from the beach ! There is also an ocean view from the master bedroom with the bed facing the window. Just beautiful in the morning ! All in all we had no complaints and would recommend this condo !

  Sanibel was a perfect choice for our multi generation family vacation and this was THE perfect condo! Well appointed, spacious and very comfortable with much attention given to details like nice linens on the beds and spotlessly clean. The owner was great to work with. The condo is even better than the photos depict! We watched the dolphins playing in the Gulf on several occasions, once right from the living room! We could be as busy or as laid back as we wanted to be! Perfect vacation, perfect condo! We will be coming back, not only to Sanibel, but to Sundial E 104 specifically!
