There is no better setting in Summitt County- Lakefront condo with unobstructed view of the water and the mountains. This is a family owned 3 bedroom/bath condo that has served us well over the years. We enjoy skiing at all the local resorts- 10 mins to Keystone, 15 to Breckenridge and Copper, and less than 30 to Vail. Summer finds our family biking the trail around Lake Dillon and enjoying a meal at the Tiki Bar or Arapahoe Cafe. Rafing, hiking and boating are warm-weather favorites. Warm underground parking (2 spots!), an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, and a staffed front desk. Wifi and full satellite TV service. Two king beds, a pair of twins, and two more sleeper sofas will accomodate a crowd. The kitchen is newly renovated and very well stocked. About the owner: 301 Spinnaker is owned by the Berry Family who purchased it 25 years ago to enjoy skiing with family and friends. It is a favorite getaway in warmer months, too. Eight grandchildren love visiting and catching 'mountain fever!' Florida is now our permanent home and we are sharing our western retreat with you. We hope you make many happy memories in our very happy home away from home!
Why the Owner Chose Spinnaker:
This condo is beautifully on Lake Dillon and is so very close to all the area ski resorts. As avid skiiers, we wanted to be close to a variety of skiing opportunities. The underground HEATED parking makes it easy to hop in a warm car and make the short drive to our favorite ski resorts, 4 local plus Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland about 30 minutes, Winter Park, Steamboat, and Aspen a reasonable day trip. During the summer, the lake offers a wide variety of outdoor activities: boating, hiking, biking, rafting... The condo is a short kid-walk from the lake front playground, area restaurants, tennis courts, and the weekly Dillon Farmers Market.. Fishing is just great from the Colorado to the Platte and right in Dillon Everything in the mountains is well within reach at this mountain getaway!
