The SUPERIOR HOUSE is the HOME for family vacations or those planning reunions! This 2400 square foot home, easily accommodates up to 12 guests overnight in beds. With six bedrooms, (three bedrooms with new queen-size beds, two bedrooms with pairs of twin beds in each and one bedroom with a full-size futon the SUPERIOR HOUSE works well for large or multiple families! The large family style kitchen is perfect for gatherings and has most modern conveniences!
We have a wonderful location in the sidewalked neighborhood setting of South Beach. It is an easy (eight house) walk to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants. The SUPERIOR HOUSE is a memory maker!
Our many conveniences include new appliances, kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, air conditioning, washer and dryer, telephone, cable TV, VCR, DVD and barbecue grill. No Smoking and No Pets allowed.
