The master bedroom has a king bed . This is a great afordable small unit for small family or just couples

Edgewater is a gated complex, has 9 pools, 4 hot tubs and their own golf course, tennis court, tiki bar, and restaurant.
Locally managed, you won't have to stand in long lines to get registered, we take care of that for you, no keys, you will have your own door code.

Condo needs a lot of updating. The furniture was worn and needs to be replaced. The carpet was dirty in several places. The shower door in the front bathroom was broken. The ceiling tile holders were covered in what appeared to be mold and maybe rust. It just left a feeling of being dirty. Wallpaper was dirty. Other than the weather, we had an awesome weekend. Condo was really nice and convenient. Drive through the gate right to the front door. Will definitely stay here again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
