This charming, one bedroom/one bath Condo is located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies in the beautiful Summit County town of Dillon.

Central to the finest skiing in the United States; 10 minutes to Keystone, 15 to Breckenridge, 20 to Arapahoe Basin, 20 to Copper Mountain and 40 to Vail/Beaver Creek, you won't find a better location for satisfying your craving for powder. Of course, cross country and back country skiing are literally a few minutes away along with snowmobiling and ice skating. Located right on the free bus line so you may not even use your car while you're here!
What about summer and fall activities? Dillon is a paradise with fantastic venues for golf, tennis, fishing in mountain streams, hiking and rafting. Lake Dillon is a haven for all types of boating and water adventures. There are also cultural activities such as concerts in Dillon Ampitheater, art galleries and film festivals. Next door is Silverthorne with its endless array of shops and Frisco which (in my opinion) is one of the most charming Rocky Mountain towns.
My condo is also "all-natural". I use only natural/biodegradable products. That means all sheets and towels are cleaned with hypo-allergenic detergent and the shampoos, soaps and lotions that I provide are all natural.
This one bedroom Condo features a queen-size bed and large closet in the cozy bedroom, and with the queen-size sofa bed in the living room can comfortably sleep four. Also included is cable TV, DVD, some DVDs (for kids too), games, stereo and all the amenities you could ask for (it's my vacation getaway too!). Organic coffee provided too! Free parking at front door.
The clubhouse has a hot tub and heated pool along with a lounge and large game room to entertain children and adults alike. FREE Wi-Fi in the clubhouse too.
NOTE: There is no longer a woodstove in the condo.

We stayed here Thanksgiving weekend 2011. It's a good place for a couple on a tight budget; nothing fancy, but it's warm, comfortable, and quiet. Glad that it was a top-floor unit. Although there is a pull-out sofa, I wouldn't recommend this place for two couples, as the bathroom is quite small. Would have liked a luggage rack or two for the bedroom. Wireless internet, Brita water pitcher, & complimentary bottle of wine were great additions. Clubhouse pool & hot tub was much nicer than expected (although the outdoor hot tub jets weren't operational). I would stay here again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a lovely time staying at your condo. The place was very comfortable and it was always a pleasure to come home after a great day of skiing. Loved the public transportation option right out the door. Thanks for sharing.

This condo was perfect for our snowboarding trip of a family of 3. This place was clean, and had everything you need while away from home. Overall this spot was great and you can't beat the low rate. Thank you Peter!!!

This place rocks and is damn close to the Dam Brewery, which is one of the key attractions in all of Summit County. I also recommend usage of the clubhouse facilities, and often. The complimentary bottle of wine was a sweet touch and the only thing that would've made my stay better would've been another 7 days.

We stayed 2 nights here and found it very cozy and comfortable. Great to be so close to all the amenities of Dillon. The kitchen had everything we needed. It felt like we were staying at a friend's place, except without all the personal clutter. Even the fold out sleeper sofa is comfortable. Thanks, Peter.

We only stayed one night but what a pleasure! After skiing all day at nearby Copper Mountain, we were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner and drinks at the brewpub in Dillon and then relax over a good movie back in the condo. Thanks for a great stay, we'll be back soon!

What a lovely spot. I wish that we had stayed more than one night. We will be back again and I have encouraged several people to take advantage of such a bargain! Love the eco-friendly touches.

WE had a wonderful stay. Although we only live in Denver, it was great to be able to stay and ski a couple of days w/o driving back to the city the same day! The use of the heated pool and hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The condo had everything we needed. We will definetely stay again.
