This beautifully renovated villa is only steps away from the new Lake House fitness center, complete with indoor and outdoor pools. The porch has been enclosed to incorporate a dining alcove thus opening up space in the kitchen for a seated area by the window where morning coffee can be enjoyed. The bamboo flooring throughout the villa has a lovely patina and is practical for wet and sandy feet! Plantation shutters, tract lighting, and ceiling fans all add to the wonderful ambiance. The large deck overlooks the tennis courts and is a great spot for outdoor entertaining. There is a large storage area housed in the covered carport and the private neighborhood pool is just a few steps down the street.
The living are has a new flat screen TV with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie after a day at the beach! The sofa opens to a queen size bed for additional sleep space. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom!
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent! These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis & horseback riding. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pools. These cards cost $150/wk if not included in the rent.
Many extras are available for your use: DVD's, Wifi, 2 bikes, board games, and more!!! You don't want to miss this one!
