  This place is fabulous. The apartment is steps away from the beach and pool. If you are looking for lots of people and excitement, this is not the place for you. We actually had the pool all to ourselves for two days. It was a bit eerie at times, like a ghost town but private and quiet. The house maid was such a special touch. The men golfed at punta espada and really enjoyed it. Nickname is the pebble beach of the east. The ladies enjoyed massages by a therapist at the apartment. We will definitely return. The owner was excellent with assisting transportation, restaurants and grocery shopping. Everything was wonderful. What are you waiting for.....book this place.

  Three friends and I spent a week at this beautiful condo were you are steps away from the pool and the beach. The condo furnishings and amenities were top of the line. We spent the majority of our time relaxing on the outdoor lani. The bean bag hammock was the most vied for position. Having our breakfast and lunch prepared for us each day was such a treat! Also, not having to clean up the dishes afterward was priceless. I have been to beaches all around the Caribbean and this is by far the most beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

  We rented a wonderful apartment from Angela from 6/30/12 - 7/5/12. The unit was wonderful. Nicely furnished, internet access & all the amenities of home. The pool & beach is just steps from the covered patio. Angela was so helpful prior to our trip and once we arrived, Angela has a manager that can answer any questions you may have. Celeste, the hosekeeper was with us from 8;30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. preparing breakfast, washing towel, making the beds, etc... I wanted to bring Celeste home with me:) Cap Cana is a huge resort. Close to the Punta Cana airport. Nice grocery store in town to shop. I would highly recommend of renting a car. Driving in Punta Can, Bavaro & Cap Cana was very easy and the roads were good. The beach and restaurants on the grounds are either a car ride or a golf cart ride away, too far to walk. If you can only pick one, rent the car. I have rented from VRBO many times before and Angela was one of the most helpful landlords I have dealt with! What are you waiting for? go enjoy SotoGrande at Cap Cana! Glenn

  I have to say this is a most lovely and beautiful place I have visited. I did not understand what a lock-out unit is. It is a full size apartment beautifully decorated with a large walk in shower, a functional kitchen and washer and dyer. The pool is just steps away from your room. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is very accommodating to all your needs or questions. We were able to jog to Juanieo Beach approximately 3 miles, have lunch, enjoy the beach, and jog back. Thank you Angela, I'm ready to return again and enjoy this touch of paradise

Low (15th to 31st August, September and 1st to 15th October) 600$ per night.
Medium (16th to 30th April, May, June, July and 1st to 15th August) 750$ per night
High (15th to 31st October, November, December, January, Februray, March
and 1st to 15th April) 900$ per night.
