The house is fun because it's over 100 years old. There is lots space for the family to spread out. TV room loft upstairs for kids. Family room and living room on main floor for adults. Upstairs outdoor balcony, porch off family room and outdoor balcony for outside dining. Unique basement with stone walls for playing air hockey and hanging out. Swimming, fishing and boating right from the dock in the yard.
